I have taken a loan amount of 3 lakhs i literally paid almost 1 and half lakhs as installment but they are telling we deducted the amount as int still u have to pay 2 and half lakhs what rubbish is this?Are u running a bank or illegal business don't rob our energy

I am opening wings savings account in equitas bank because of equitas bank staff mrs. Hasini continuous visit my home. That time she told there is no deduction charges for all transactions. So i opened savings account and 2 youth children account. All accounts opened 23-8-18, in april - 2019 onwards they deducting aqb charges for 3 accounts rs.1770.00 each account, card annual maintenance charges rs.1178.82 and youth account april to june each month they deducting rs.944.00 for amb charges. I ask the bank manager on 10-04-19 onwards, they told i will return the charges immediately. But still they will not response by payment. So, kindly revert my charges at the earliest.
