This is in regards to my Fixed deposit (Application No[protected] opened on 31 July 2001. It has been more than 20 years but so far I have not received any communication on how to receive the money back. Tried calling your corporate office but to no avail. Can you help me with the process or steps or do I need to reach out via court for settlement .

NOT returning the maturity amount
Dear sir,
I have deposited rs. 10000/- in fixed deposit scheme of M/s ESCORTS Finance Limited wide a/c no. XN08/0020329 and receipt no.XN08/CD 05000292 on dated 09/05/2005. The maturity date was 14.04.2007 and after maturity I have submitted original certificate to the company. Till date company not given me the payment and also not responding. Company only accepted the claim and said matter is sub judice please bear with us.br...
