Eshwari Builders and Developers Complaints & Reviews
In year 2020 we entered into Joint Venture with HM Nataraj Proprietor of Eshwari Builders, he introduced himself as close associate of Bbmp and politician he assured the project will completed in 2years. However till date he has not applied for project plan nor made any progress in the JV. Instead HM Nataraj his harrassing the land owner and threatening he will not cancel JV. Please suggest/recommend how can we come out this situation....

Delay more than 2 yrs in the completing the Apartment
Hello,
I am a victim of the Eshwari Builders and Developers, whose office is located in the Hotel city Centaur, Majestic, Bangalore.
Mr. HM Natraj the owner of this builders have cheated many like me with his project named "Eshwari Enclave" being constructed at Kanaka Nagar, RT Nagr, Banglaore.
He has not completed the project since more than two years. I do not have words to describe...
