Dear Sir, I purchased two Teak plants bearing certificate/ Folio No 6521 on 31 August 1992. I want the detail of the company EssKayJay Plantations Ltd,7B,K.S.Roy Road,Kolkatta-700 001. As on completion of 20 years, I want to sell the both trees to the company and want to know that what amount will be paid to my on 31 August 2012.Please inform me all the details by mail on my email Id [protected]@yahoo.in

My mother invested in a teak certificate on 31.8.1992, in the company having name Esskajay plantations Ltd, now it has been 29 yrs, we did not get any claim. My mother also expired now 16 yrs. Distinctive no is 26028 to 26028.folio No 8701.it was mentioned in 20 yrs, a return of over 1 lakh. On the Teak Tree. Nomination is done in my name. Kindly reply and inform what is the procedure by which we can get the money back.

The company based in kolkota (No.7, k s roy road, kolkota700001) had invited applications from investers promising to develop teak trees for them, at the rate of rs.600/- per tree. It promised huge returns.
I purchased one tree in the name of my wife mrs. Nirmala prasad, by paying rs. 600/-teak certificate no.31089, folio no.31089. No response from company, on seeing so many similar grieviences here, it seems the company is dead.

I had purchased Teak Tree Certificate (Certificate no. 17561& Distinctive no. 26362 to 26371) in 1992 from Esskayjay Plantations Limited, 7B, Kiron Shankar Roy Road, Calcutta - 700 001. Under the scheme of the company,the company allots the Certificate Holder planted saplings of teak tree in the company's plantation and also mentions that the Company may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company in several occasions but no reply is received from the Company.

Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of 20 years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder ?
