I would like to bring to your notice that Miss Kamni Sharma has removed a portion of the middle wall between two flats 48 B and 49 B in Sec 44 A to fix the door This has weakened the structure of the building. and our flats will not be safe now Please take immediate action to stop removing the wall

Regarding illegal construction and illegal pg

There is illegal PG running in the ground floor and basement of house 1128 34C behind furniture market.
They have made illegal construction in their backyard and have no fire safety approval for running the PG. It isbeing used commercially but the electricity and water connection is domestic and they have not converted the same. Caretaker is not living in the house and no hygine is being followed for the same

Completion certificate

We have already received the completion certificate of our house no-406, sector-30/A, Chandigarh in AUG, 2014 and still I have been mentally harassed by the SDO building from the last 3-4 years for the same. SDM sir has told me that we will inspect the premises once again(despite receiving the completion certificate), to which I agreed. Nobody came from the department to check and we have been given different dates to be present. Being a senior citizen it was really difficult for me to visit the SDM building again and again, so therefore it's our humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.(We are also attaching the completion certificate)

This Complaint is Regarding Construction and illegal violations, I would like to inform you that illegal violation of Building by laws at house no 1524, in sector 22 front gate which has one side portion extend from legal area and cover back side /1st floor etc, portion where they have constructed their ROOM without permission. the owner of this house is doing business from there, using as commercial store. we all peoples of this street feel very uncomfortable and Also the safety and confidentiality of our premises would be at stake.
Even when I said that I would raise a complaint, he says that he knows the legalities. Please check one time and take appropriate action.
It is, therefore, requested to kindly:
1. Pass appropriate order restricting the occupants from carrying out illegal commercial activities (using residential space as store for commercial material and for sale and supply to shop keepers from there.
2. They may be directed to get the Revised Building Plans approved and only thereafter they may be permitted to get the construction work started strictly according to the Sanctioned provisions in the to be got approved Revised Building Plans.
Early action will be highly appreciated
We also keen to extend our front premises, if authorities are not taking strict action against these encroachments then we will do needful changes

Estate office employees not working
I Paramjit Singh have applied for LATEST OWNERSHIP on 10/05/2021 vide reference number 512775. They had given the time to complete the process till 08/06/2021,
I again done reminder dairy no. 517282 on 28/06/2021 and They had given the time to complete the process till 27/07/2021,
I again done reminder dairy no. 522068 on 03/08/2021 and They had given the time to complete the process till 01/09/2021,
however, still there is no action have been taken by concerning employee, I also visited the office again and again to concerning authority but they said, I didn't check your file you will come later. This was the reply from staff. So, I requested you to please complete application as soon as possible.

I am a citizen of Sector 34- D and i would bring attention to your department regarding the illegal construction going on in House No. 1408, which is further used in unregistered paying guest place. Also due to construction, a lot of noise is created which is creating a havoc. Also since so many students reside, any accident including fire, can take place because no safety measures are installed. The construction is termed illegal here because the map is not passed from the concerned estate officer.

I have applied for transfer of property in chandigarh in may 2019 after death my mother with registered will with all the relevant documents and all relevant procedures like news papers publications and no objection from my sisters long time ago, still no action and no communication from estate office, someone just holding my file and not completing the transfer.

Respected sir/madam. I want to ask u whether d basement and uplifting d roof of bay booth in sector 34 furniture market chandigarh is allowed or not... M asking u coz some people have done this already. When i go to take permission, they say it is not allowed. Sir.. Actually we also want to do d same... Bt on asking to some of officials, they say it is not allowed.. Talking about bay booth shops in furniture market 34 chd. Hope to get the fair reply for the same. This is really very unfair. Sir,
I, Diksha Singh R/o House No. 1128, Sector – 33, Chandigarh would like to bring the following into your kind notice for the SECOND TIME :
1. That I have to rebuild my Ten Marla House in Sector – 33, Chandigarh with the Latest Permitted Coverage ie.. 70% Coverage.
2. That I have been discussing on different aspects with my architect regarding the demolition and reconstruction of my house similar to the Structural Drawings/Design, Front & Rear Elevation AS of House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement.
3. That every time my Architect RESISTED and REJECTED my desire to FOLLOW the said Complete Layout PLAN of the above mentioned House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement.
4. That after the complete Follow-up /Investigation/search, I have come across the following facts regarding House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement. :-
(a) It has been observed that Chandigarh Administration had issued notice dated 17/08/2012 on account of Violation in the property i.e. Front Elevation changed, unauthorized Stairs constructed.
(b) That MEMO No. 393/SDO (B)/RP-14879/2014 Dated 06/03/2014 FROM The SDO (Buildings) Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh TO The Reader to worthy AEO, Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh having the CONTENT “ In this regard, the area JE inspected the above said site on 03.03.2014 and reported that the violations, as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice, have been set right/removed at site. WITH FURTHER REMARKS A copy is forwarded to Sh. Sudhir Batra, JE, Estate Office, UT, Chandigarh, w.r.t. his inspection report dated 03.03.2014, for information ”
(c) That one of the Records exhibit the following :

Present: Sh. Rajwinder Singh, Advocate for the owner.
Sh. Umedh Singh, JE for the department
In the instant case SCN served under the Chandigarh Estate Rules,
2007 and Chandigarh Estate (Amended) Rules, 2009 for the following:
i) Front elevation of the building changed.
ii) Unauthorized approach has been made on terrace of the green house from first floor.
iii) Unauthorized railing has been provided at the terrace of green house.
Total area under violation: 1050 Sft.
The above named counsel for the lessee owner and stated that all
the violations have been removed. Inspection report of the area JE dated 06.03.2014 is available on record which reveals that violation as mentioned in the show cause notice have been set right/removed at site. In this show cause notice dated 17.08.2012 was issued which was received on 24.08.2012. On the first date of hearing i.e. on 05.10.2012, the son of the owner intimated this court that all the building violations have been rectified/removed.
SDO (B) is directed to calculate the penalty charges for period the violation
existed at site, before the next date of hearing.
5. That I need to know that the said Violations as per above clause no. 4. (a) & 4. (c), initiated with the said Notice Dated 17/08/2012 in respect of House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement, STILL EXIST as it is since the Date of Issuance of the said Notice on 17/08/2012 on the said SITE, THEN HOW as per above clause no. 4. (b) & 4. (c), the Concerned Officials occupying one of the Positions with the Great Significance and Loads of Responsibility make the statements/Remarks vide the above mentioned MEMO No. 393/SDO (B)/RP-14879/2014 Dated 06/03/2014 FROM The SDO (Buildings) Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh TO The Reader to worthy AEO, Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh having the CONTENT “ In this regard, the area JE inspected the above said site on 03.03.2014 and reported that the violations, as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice, have been set right/removed at site. WITH FURTHER REMARKS A copy is forwarded to Sh. Sudhir Batra, JE, Estate Office, UT, Chandigarh, w.r.t. his inspection report dated 03.03.2014, for information ”
How could the Inspection report of the area JE dated 06.03.2014 available on Record Revealed that violation as mentioned in the show cause notice have been set right/removed at site ? The VIOLATIONS which have never been removed nor rectified. How could the concerned Area JE, EXEMPT the defaulters by making such irresponsible remarks ? ALL this definitely makes one understand a kind of filthy nexus and intentional manipulations, AFTER shedding all the OFFICIAL responsibilities / values/ ethics WITHOUT giving a second thought to the LEVEL of RISK/DANGER being EXTENDED by said Officials to the Innocent Public, who always Expects/Anticipates that the Proceedings by Buildings Department should/must be unbiased and strictly as per the Norms/Rules & Regulations/Building Bylaws.
6. THAT I observe from the records, IF the proceedings to any such Default/Violation is only in terms of Style/Pattern Of PAPER-WORK by the concerned Authorities where simply issuance of the Inter-Departmental MEMOS carry the remarks/reports of the Removal of Violations which Practically and Physically EXIST/STAND TALL on the said SITE, THEN Do YOU Think, ANYBODY should be afraid of all these kind of Rules & Regulations/ Any kind of Building Bylaws ? ONE CAN Construct/build as per One’s WISH and in case of any Official hitch, Simply by some Arrangement/Manipulation/Nexus, EVERYBODY after all such defaults, CAN manage to be Neat & Clean in the Official Records on the basis of Above mentioned kind Of Reports/Memos. All this finally makes one understand the real interpretation of the SKILL INDIA campaign . SKILLS of FAKE REPORTING……..
7. That its generally Understood/Interpreted by DEFAULT, ‘That the Chandigarh Administration works ONLY as per the Norms/Policies/Rules & Regulations’. The ACTIONS on the highlighted subject by the Responsible Heads of the concerned departments, CAN/SHALL decide the FATE & existence of said Understanding/Interpretation by DEFAULT. IS the follow up of Norms/Policies/Rules & Regulations STILL an integral part of Chandigarh Administration or ONE should consider it a kind of EXTINCT feature ?
8. Enclosed please find the FRONT Elevation’s Latest Photographs (Two Photos) of the said House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement. (As on 23rd AUGUST, 2016)
9. That in case the immediate Action/Follow-Up/Site-Report is not taken AND Requisite VISIBLE FIRM Action is not taken at the Earliest without any further delay in respect to the above highlighted PAPER-WORK Having Fake-Tailored Reports by the concerned Officials in order to please the said defaulters who confidently believe that Power and Money is the game-changer & Violations IN Regards to House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement, the matter shall be taken to the higher level in the association with the Print and Electronic MEDIA.

In the instant case SCN served under the Chandigarh Estate Rules,
2007 and Chandigarh Estate (Amended) Rules, 2009 for the following:
i) Front elevation of the building changed.
ii) Unauthorized approach has been made on terrace of the green house from first floor.
iii) Unauthorized railing has been provided at the terrace of green house.
Total area under violation: 1050 Sft.
The above named counsel for the lessee owner and stated that all
the violations have been removed. Inspection report of the area JE dated 06.03.2014 is available on record which reveals that violation as mentioned in the show cause notice have been set right/removed at site. In this show cause notice dated 17.08.2012 was issued which was received on 24.08.2012. On the first date of hearing i.e. on 05.10.2012, the son of the owner intimated this court that all the building violations have been rectified/removed.
SDO (B) is directed to calculate the penalty charges for period the violation
existed at site, before the next date of hearing.
5. That I need to know that the said Violations as per above clause no. 4. (a) & 4. (c), initiated with the said Notice Dated 17/08/2012 in respect of House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement, STILL EXIST as it is since the Date of Issuance of the said Notice on 17/08/2012 on the said SITE, THEN HOW as per above clause no. 4. (b) & 4. (c), the Concerned Officials occupying one of the Positions with the Great Significance and Loads of Responsibility make the statements/Remarks vide the above mentioned MEMO No. 393/SDO (B)/RP-14879/2014 Dated 06/03/2014 FROM The SDO (Buildings) Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh TO The Reader to worthy AEO, Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh having the CONTENT “ In this regard, the area JE inspected the above said site on 03.03.2014 and reported that the violations, as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice, have been set right/removed at site. How could the Inspection report of the area JE dated 06.03.2014 available on Record Revealed that violation as mentioned in the show cause notice have been set right/removed at site ? The VIOLATIONS which have never been removed nor rectified. How could the concerned Area JE, EXEMPT the defaulters by making such irresponsible remarks ? ALL this definitely makes one understand a kind of filthy nexus and intentional manipulations, AFTER shedding all the OFFICIAL responsibilities / values/ ethics WITHOUT giving a second thought to the LEVEL of RISK/DANGER being EXTENDED by said Officials to the Innocent Public, who always Expects/Anticipates that the Proceedings by Buildings Department should/must be unbiased and strictly as per the Norms/Rules & Regulations/Building Bylaws.
6. THAT I observe from the records, IF the proceedings to any such Default/Violation is only in terms of Style/Pattern Of PAPER-WORK by the concerned Authorities where simply issuance of the Inter-Departmental MEMOS carry the remarks/reports of the Removal of Violations which Practically and Physically EXIST/STAND TALL on the said SITE, THEN Do YOU Think, ANYBODY should be afraid of all these kind of Rules & Regulations/ Any kind of Building Bylaws ? ONE CAN Construct/build as per One’s WISH and in case of any Official hitch, Simply by some Arrangement/Manipulation/Nexus, EVERYBODY after all such defaults, CAN manage to be Neat & Clean in the Official Records on the basis of Above mentioned kind Of Reports/Memos. All this finally makes one understand the real interpretation of the SKILL INDIA campaign . SKILLS of FAKE REPORTING……..
7. That its generally Understood/Interpreted by DEFAULT, ‘That the Chandigarh Administration works ONLY as per the Norms/Policies/Rules & Regulations’. The ACTIONS on the highlighted subject by the Responsible Heads of the concerned departments, CAN/SHALL decide the FATE & existence of said Understanding/Interpretation by DEFAULT. IS the follow up of Norms/Policies/Rules & Regulations STILL an integral part of Chandigarh Administration or ONE should consider it a kind of EXTINCT feature ?
8. Enclosed please find the FRONT Elevation’s Latest Photographs (Two Photos) of the said House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement. (As on 23rd AUGUST, 2016)
9. That in case the immediate Action/Follow-Up/Site-Report is not taken AND Requisite VISIBLE FIRM Action is not taken at the Earliest without any further delay in respect to the above highlighted PAPER-WORK Having Fake-Tailored Reports by the concerned Officials in order to please the said defaulters who confidently believe that Power and Money is the game-changer & Violations IN Regards to House No. 1233, Sector – 33- C, CHANDIGARH, RPD – 14879, Measuring about 253.5 SQ. YDS., constructed up to Triple Storey with Basement, the matter shall be taken to the higher level in the association with the Print and Electronic MEDIA.

In Chandigarh , thousands of students come every year for studies from HP,JnK,Punjab ,Haryana and even further more states.
Recently Chandigarh Police under the directions of ESTATE OFFICE (CHANDIGARH) did a survey of Houses who accommodate these students . Some on rent and some as PG's. The 7 Marla houses have been ordered to stop providing accommodation to STUDENTS and single WORKING people .
Could somebody ask the authorities...
