I admitted for gallbladder stone surgery on 22.05.2023 to EHCC hospital there are working untraind staff and not helping nature staff also misbehave with patients and attenders by nursing & other desk staffs, No one staf[censored]nderstands problems of patients hospital guards Mansaram Ground floor misbehave with us also other visitors of patients and TPA staff not trained & not coprative one staff is Minakshi and other lady staff posted TPA counters...

My name is amar singh, Dr. suresh gupta’s patient. doctor suggested me to take brain screening. here i am waitfrom past 3 hours. when i ask to front desk executives they clearly said that our MRI persons are busy in lunch you have to wait there is no option.
they ask me to change the clothes i did still i have waited for more than 2 hours.
i got charged 3800 for this report still i am facing rude behaviour and non support staff.

Ehcc hospital not treated according to govt rate

I am state govt employee and this hospital is bound to treat stste govt employee as per cghs rate, but hospital did not treat as per govt rate and charge full amount.as i am 2014 recruited so they told me that we treat govt employee on cghs who are recruited before 2004 . but i enquire to sipf office about it, they told me that this is not right, all employee are equal for cghs rate .lare i meet one state govt employee recruited in 2005 got cghs rate treatment in narayana hospital jaipur .

EHCC Jaipur Hospital's Dr. Ravi Gupta IS A Killing Machine

A Patient who went to EHCC Eternal Heart Care Center & Research Institute EHCC for his normal heart operation after operation he got some problem's in his lung's and re admit in EHCC Again with the reference of same sourgen Dr. Ravi Gupta then he got STOMACH Infection issues then re Admit in Same hospital with same Dr.s ( he said he got this problem with different reason finally that patent die due to heart failer on August 1st 2014

you can Place LATE in front of your name easily with 3 star C.C.U. facility and irresponsible doctors Team under Guidance of DR. Ravi Gupta .
*From the date 22 July to 1st August They sent 17 Patients in R.I.P.
*They don't have proper accounts Department ( you can find lots of billing problem like amount And all) *Manners less Security Staff
*Irresponsible Receptionist

I dont want to give single star also to this hospital.. worst doctors .. nothing more thn a factory of killing people.. dr. muskesh jain said to be the incharge of icu was never present in icu when the patient died.. (Aakriti Saxena 16 oct. 2015) heights of responsibilities..the patient died due to carelessness of these doctors listed below:

and few other residents.. In this hospital patients are directly taken to ventilator be it required or not and then ultimately kill the patient. It is never easy to get the patient discharge from this hospital alive.. I completely agree with the above complaint.. Dont ever visit to this hospital for any reason...

Big and 5 star hospital building .. but doctors are in-experienced, and staff is not so friendly .. in the end they are going to charge you at least double of other same standard hospitals. I would strongly recommend to seek out other option.
Couple of instances: Choukidars are so arrogant that they call " tu teri " "jaa kisi se bhi baat kar le nahi milne dunga" "bhag" type of words to simple decent looking people .. billing department is thug .. in my case they mentioned 7K for angiography package.. and made a bill of 10K and later said anyway you will get this reimbursed in case of goverment employee so let it go ... they are good till the time you haven't got admit .. once you are in .. they wont let go without sucking out big money ... and that also you without much care and proper attention.

hi it was pleasure being trsated by dr ravi gupta at sony hospital. He saved my life, in just few hours i was free of fear from cardiac attack. Being there was blessings for me.
