i am venkata reddy, iwas recharged on 16th oct 2020 to airtel prepaid number amount of 598 through googlepay
but it was failed and not return still now here is the information about transaction

    Sir/Madam,

    I recharged Rs 97 online in my BSNL no :[protected] on 11th march from my south Indian bank account.The amount is debited from my account, but the above amount is not recharged to my mobile number. So kindly refund the same to the recharged bank account at the earliest.

        On March 7th I have tried to recharged for Rs .249, amount have been debited form My account Bt haven't got recharged so please help me to solve the problem and amount should be credited..

          Google pay I got the code through mail but while redeemed
          Time its is showing 0 rs adding instead off 800

            How is impossible, my a/c amount auto debit for every month, maximum rs.7659 detected. please solve this issue stop the auto debit payment, please revert my payment as soon as possible. please help this problem.
