Last month they conducted meeting and minutes of the meeting had no list as to who attended with vague numerical figure.50

Two minutes of meeting was prepared and one to association plot owners and another to harinath reddy with different content. Why association made two minutes of meeting and to create confusion.

One month passed and they have collected 10000 from plot owners. Kundan pandey the secretary must be removed as he cheated 3 persons and bought land near vidyaranyapura. His land is being sold and published in newspaper. All problems created by kundan pandey to it department of income tax issues of sai panchami developers and developer delayed our project.

Last one month the whats-app forum is quiet forcing us to come out in open social media.

1. To present and adapt the unaudited financial statement for the year 2017-18
2. Corpus fund collection details & plan for collecting dues
3. Decision on annual maintenance fee
4. Points to be discussed & agreed with the developer (Partial):
A. Completion of pending work at the layout
B. Arched entrance gate opening, access tar road
C. Functioning of power supply, street lights, sewage connection, stp
D. Water connection from bore well & panchayat
E. Ca sites garden
F. Confirmation on nil legal issues for the complete layout & clarity of title
G. Noc confirmation from all authorities
H. Layout construction plan drawing (Water, electricity, sewage stp drawings)
I. Water tank & borewell functioning
J. Facilities for members who would like to construct houses
K. Conversion & development plan for the front area
L. Security room/house
M. Club house site registration & building
N. Discussion on facilities promised in the brochure ; as per marketing brochure printed by the developer & promise made before selling, the amenities like club house, children’s park, temple, swimming pool, bank, atm, jogging track, landscaped park etc. It is a compulsion on part of the developer to fulfil each & every promise made before selling.
O. Layout maintenance plan, security arrangements
5. Welfare related issues pertaining to the layout in common
6. Any other point pertaining to layout — with the permission of the chair.

Special notes:
• members are requested to carry copy of their sale deed, khata, id/address proof & two photographs. If members are sending the representative, they should carry the documents + their id proof.
• members can come with family
• lunch/snacks being arranged at site
• we would like to encourage people who want to construct houses. Please who have plans to construct in next one year are requested to inform before the meeting.
• there is no room for personal fights/ ego clashes during meeting. All are requested to maintain required discipline & mutual respect.

We on behalf committee request each & every member to attend the meeting with full strength & support the common objective. We also seek volunteers’ to come forward to take up active participation for the development of the layout.
