I, Susmita Mitra, residing at Behala, Sakerbazar, booked a 2 bhk flat in evanie eco nest project of the said company situated at mouza-hudarait, p. O.-akandakeshori, p. S.-rajarhat, kolkata-700135, dist.- north 24 pgs. At an expense of rs.22, 57, 210/- (Rupees twenty lacs fifty seven thousand rupees only) on 22.08.2018 The company committed to start the construction work within six months and to hand over the flat...

I, paritosh maity, residing at vill. Dhandighi (Rabindra pally, professor colony), p. O. & p. S. Contai, dist east midnapore, booked a 2 bhk flat in evanie eco nest project of the said company situated at mouza-hudarait, p. O.-akandakeshori, p. S.-rajarhat, kolkata-700135, dist.- north 24 pgs. At an expense of rs.4, 07, 210/- (Rupees four lacs seven thiusand two hundred ten only) on 22.08.2017. The company committed to start the construction work within six months and to hand over the flat in dec, 2020. But after 2 years were over, the company neither started any construction work nor gave any explanation for their delay. The site is still vacant with its original greenery. We demanded refund of entire money. The company denied. Later on they denied receiving any call from us. We contacted some employees personally but they replied that they have resigned the company and have found job elsewhere. Now the office of the company remains closed all time. The watchmen posted in project site received no salary since last month as they informed.
I henceforth fully helpless, earnestly request your pleasure to take drastic measure against the company for refund of my money with full interest.
