Non payment of GST collected from customer

We had purchased Everest industries non asbestos sheet for our railway project. The quality of material was substandard and many sheets were cracked within some days.
Apart from this the gst collected from us was also not paid by everest industries to government.
We called them and even mailed them multiple times but no response was received.

rusting of shed

We had installed everest shed in our factory after consulting the engenders of the company and the whole shed is now full of rust. Due to this the workers in factory are complaining of the rusting happening to the shed in just 2 years of installation. The company is award winning company and assured quality and life of product for more than 59 years.
Now we have been complying regarding the issue to concerned persons in company from past 4 months and no action is taken by the company. Rusting can lead to any kind of accident and and lead to damage of life and property but the company officials seems to pay no heed to the complain and barely replies to the queries.
Some urgent action is needed. And this kind of behavior is not accepted, they have harassed us to all levels by such a big multi award winning company.

I brought 20 pic of everest asbestos sheet previous month. But unfortunately 4 no of asbestos was cracked. But retailer disagree to return those asbestos. I already complain the area officer of contai, purba medinipur, mr. Priyankar das. I cant get any positive response from him. He told that this retailer is not outharised dealer, so he has nothing to do. So plz take nessasary action as early as possible.

Poor quality of hi color css sheet

Halo sir, the quality of everest high color sheet is different from the previous times, it looks like the normal sheet has been painted,
There are also colors on the edges of the sheet and the brand name isi mark batch number is not printed.in the market of compilation, on the basis of color only we can not keep it in the premium segment.
The last time sheets were shining and lining on the color coating, but now the gray color rubbing is going on.

Sir I am Deepak From Sardar Complex Nabha (Patiala, Punjab) . I have ordered 1920 cemented sheets of your company to Krishna Enterprises 10760, kartar Basti Bathinda 151001 (punjab). According to quotation i had paid full payment on 25/2/16 through RTGS. But till now i have received only 670 sheets due to which my construction work has been stopped. Now they are delaying day by day . Please do the needfull.

I, Mr. V.K Khanna, MD - M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd. would like to complaint about a company M/s Everest Industries which is being advertised on Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. using our name which claims that it was previously M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd.
I would like to report that M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd. is still a separate entity on its own and no names have been changed ever, nor it is a subsidiary company, parent company or have been merged with M/s Everest Industries.
We have no link with that company, thus we would like you to get that listing removed or edited from your portal or we will be forced to take a strict and a legal action against both M/s Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. and M/s Everest Industries for using our company name in the fraudulent manner.
