Here i am talking about one company name evotech professional which is totally fake.
the provide hone based job that's data entry they said that you should do 90 percent accuracy i have complete 350 form suddenly the block my account resson was mobile phone log in that was fake excuse

after that they were saying that your case has been approved in Gujrat court
they are asking money that is 38000

They contact me and told me about data entry jobs. I work for 2 days and suddenly it log out my account. And they told me that i have to pay 7999. And i pay that. After that i completed my work and they told me that i have some errors and i have to correct it for getting my salary. And they told me that i have to pay 19960 for buying a panel. And i pay them. After that they told me i have to pay 12330 for converting dollars to indian rupees. And after that they told me pay 21960 rupees for noc. But i deny it..

I am arya, doing my bba from techno india college, kolkata. I am searching for a part time job in quikr. On date of 23-01-20. I got i received and who are free, select them. Out of them evotech is one of them. They have their phone call and mail me the work. They ask me to submit my aadhar card & photo id. I gave it to them as they provide me a demo data entry form fillup. Then on 25-01-20. It showing legal contract is cancelled. One message was sent me i. E., case has been approved at near, hospital chowk, lohana para, rajkot, gujarat 360001 case type - breaching contract of evotech professional. Case status - approved civil case number - uel97/2020/696 filling number - 2020/964 fir number - agr/ng/1022/lc95 under act - ipc 73, 74, 465, 420, 62a, 66b clear the project loss amount 85650/-to avoid further legal issues. There was a same name company sintex data solutions i don't know the company but they sent me a message with a id & password and said i agreement with their work... But i don't know the company and also not sent my aadhar, photo id details to the company. So i don't understand how they got my details.

It showing legal contract is cancelled. One message was sent me i. E., case has been approved at near, hospital chowk, lohana para, rajkot, gujarat 360001 case type - breaching contract of evotech professional. Case status - approved civil case number - uel97/2020/696 filling number - 2020/964 fir number - agr/ng/1022/lc95 under act - ipc 73, 74, 465, 420, 62a, 66b clear the project loss amount 85650/-to avoid further legal issues.+91 [protected]. The man in this represent him as an advocate and threaten me to spoil. If i am not going to pay him. He threaten and said me to come rajkot court and fight your case or else pay the sum.

This is a fraud company, they have sent me a fake agreement and have my signature with photo. They have given me a target of form filling. They provided a software where i have been told to fill up forms. Due to their software issue the user id of that software has been disabled. Now they accuse me for not completing the task and giving me threats to lauch police complain against me.
This is the mobile number of a person named mr. Mahendra prajapati continuously giving me threats.

She asked me to provide photo id and signature in mail to do the registration. I have given photo id and signature to her through mail. After that she send me one digital stamp paper agreement to my mail id.

I have checked and found that it is a fraud company before doing/starting any job with them.

I check the review also in this portal regarding same. Some people also getting legal notice message, so it might be possible that they will send same notice to me also.

I am sharing some snaps related to same to more clarity.

So please take proper action against this type of fraud company.

The same thing happened to me also I get registered with evotech professional after documention I selected a date from 25th - 30th Jan 2020 to complete assigned project of 580 forms /- and today 28th jan due to some technical issue my ID got blocked when I called on helpline no he said we have already told you in t&c if I'd will be blocked you have to pay 7999/- as software mantinance charges than we will activate your ID or else you can leave this project by submitting registration charges I said I can't pay this amount right now give me sometime he said tomorrow our lawyer will call you if you will not pay the amount right now than I cut the call and share this conversation with my frnd he said no need to pay any amount they are making you fool and than he started calling me continuously when I didn't answered to his call he sent a message related legal action will be taken I ignored his message and blocked him I found him fake when he said pay rupees 8000 just to unblock the I'd which only takes minutes to unblock.
So my only request to you all do not trust on such fake calls and consult your family or friends and search on Google before getting registered .

Action should be taken against such online scam people who don't have knowledge about online frauds they are easy target for them.

I had uploaded my resume in quicker for work from home and on 21st January 2020 I received a call from Dev Kumar from Evotech Professional offering a job wherein the registration fee will be deducted from the salary. I agreed to it since there was no requirement of making payment before staring the work.
I was requested to submit my photo id, photo and signature to start up with the work and I did the same. They sent an agreement letter with work details - 580 forms to be filled within 6 days with 90% accuracy. I received login credential and link through message and I started working from 22nd January 2020.
I completed filling 580 forms by 27th January 2020 and was expecting QA report. Today (28th January 2020) I received a call from Siddhant Agrawal stating the QC report is generated and is sent through email. As per the report out of 580 forms only 503 forms was submitted correctly and 77 was in error (Incorrect report as per my view since I had filled all the form very carefully).
I did not meet the required quality to get paid for my work as per the QA report therefore Siddhant gave me an offers wherein I have to send close to Rs15, 000 (non-refundable) / Rs19, 000 (refundable) to them to get all the incorrectly submitted forms for correction and get my salary which will be somewhere around Rs11, 000 after deducting the registration fee. When I was not ready to make the payment I was suggested to cancel the project by making payment of Rs5000 and the account details was sent through Whatsapp. He gave me time limit of 15min to make the payment or else legal actions would to taken from their end.
I have received a message stating case has approved at near, hospital chowk, Lohana para, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001, case type - breaching contract of Evotech Professional along with case, filling, and FIR number and loss amount to be paid is Rs37, 980. Also, I have received message from Mahendra Prajapati stating I need to come to Gujarat court along with my father or lawyer.
I am receiving multiple threatening message and calls from them.
I am not sure what to do now, please help me with this.

Recently i got call from evotech professional company which they said a form filling job i thought earlier its a not a scam but later on when i saw review all the complain regarding this evotech professional company of gujurat . so kindly sir let give me solution of it as if they have block my user id as they said i have log in mutiple time but which i know that they actually do to black mail people and harassment people for money kindly take necessary action on this people i have three number of this people and name of the person is Manish Patil as they said

I received a call from this company on wfh job, kept asking me to take up the work while i asked for t&c n time to go through it i had to submit my id proof and photo in order to get to read the terms. The person kept on calling me non stop for an answer. I received a call from so called hr and after talking to her i went back on an email stating that i’m not convinced with the terms and i can’t take up the work. They used my signature, photo as a proof stating that i’ve accepted their terms to take up the work while i was asked to submit them in order to get an id created in my name and for me to read the terms. There was no response from their side. The next day i got an sms stating there’s an fir filled against me as below

And some advocate from the above mentioned number called me-who was so unprofessional kept talking rubbish. I called up the executive from the company who was a complete moron who was abusing me over the call!

Pls be aware or such # around and don’t accept any work and submit your id proof or anything as such!!

I would be taking this to the cops soon.

After uploading my resume in third party job websites, i suddenly received a call from a random company called evotech professional

They told me to do the data entry job with 90% accuracy within 6 days from the above mentioned company they also discussed registration fees of rs. 4599 which will be debited from my salary if generated. They then asked me for signature and photo and residential address and i gave them because that time i was thinking that the company is legal.

After that, they sent me an agreement with the company and me with online stamp paper attached to it.

And agreement said, if i fail to complete my job within the stipulated time i would be liable to pay the penalty amount which is the registration amount i. E. Rs. 4599/-. If not so i will face legal consequences.

I had started the work and also completed 130 forms, but suddenly on the third day, the login page was not loading and showing an error of server not found.

I talked to them and discussed the issue, they told me to send a screenshot of the error.

And then i send to them.

They had no answer for this, so i told them to cancel that work.

But they started to threaten me and talking in an informal way.

Even they do not have their own website, when i asked them to give the website link they said, "it is a freelancer company so we do not have any website.

I started my work form 24 january 2020. Today is 27 january and i have 2 days left till the completion of agreement date i. E. 29 january 2020.

Please message in comment so that i can share more details of it.

They said they will give project of 580 pages to be completed by 6 days and has to be 90% accurate otherwise legal action will be taken but they are fraud
They asked for id proof picture of my signature and shown a fraud legal certificate.
These people are fraud they are mentally harassing students for money they have fraud certificate and are now asking for money and saying to take legal actions. They calling and threatening us. They are fraud please take action against them and tell me what to do now.

They called me and said that we just found your cv from shine.com are you interested for jobs like data entry in your home. I said yes then i registered in a form through my mobile and then a person call me for verification and i took that. After that they send me a i'd and password and said in case of any problem then call the help line provided by them just 10 digit number after i logged in and forgot to logout then the next day when i am going to login the i'd and password shows blocked then i call care no provided by them he misbehave me and said for a legal action against me via court it just annoying me. So please don't take like that
