Good morning sir
I am Jasper I am working in an MNC recently I came to know thro WhatsApp about an online trading company called excelencia option.Initially the trading was OK but over a period of time it went worse.they have some packages and based on it you have to pay your everyday fees as dividend. And that money too will not be debited from the trading account and as a result you have to pay the same from your pocket.so far I have paid nearly 1lakh as CFA fees and out of the trading account balance of 175000 I am unable to withdraw even a single penny. They are often cancelling the withdraw request without any valid reason. Please help me.so that I can recover my money and come out of this online fraud.
