I AM THE OWNER OF ONE FLAT IN KANAKIA SEVENS AND I GAVE THE FLAT ON RENT FROM OCT 2019 TO Mr umesh debey and mahesh dubey company Excellent Accommodation Services Private Limited. but from Jan 2020 to July 2020 they have not paid any rent and they are not answering the phones. I request you all to be aware of this company and not to fall in their Trap. I opting for any possible action against them....

We are complaining against our broker Mahesh Dubey, who fooled us regarding PG. he promised various facilities but provided with none. He gave second hand fridge which wasn't working properly. He didn't returned complete deposit also. He troubled us alot. We have recorded audios. We thought to file Police complaint but can't because he has contacts there. Please take action against such frauds and cheat....
