This is sanjeev kumar I have submit my modem on 18.06.2023 but no refund amount credit in my account and many time raise my complaint but Exitel closed complaint ticket without solved my problem
Please refund Rs2000 security of modem.

I took there connection in October 2021 and I am facing problem again and again with there wires, internet and customer services have lost connection last 5 day and I am complaining again and again but they are not responding properly they cut the between the conversation and not providing any services.
