Dear Sir / Madam,

I booked plot 27 in EXPAT's scheme 241-IND-MH-SHU SHUBH II. Booking ID B1308247, customer ID - C1319741

Despite seeing many messages on internet of fraud/complaints against EXPAT for not delivering on it's promises, I have been in touch with Ms Caroline Pinto and Ms Jennifer etc on email and also in the past Mr Advait Dilip Jadhav etc. All of them have promised that while there is delay things are being resolved..

Just for the records, I made first payment of INR 150k on 17th Feb 2014, and I paid my last monthly instalment of 10k 25Feb18, so far I have paid INR 643k. All this they confirmed on email!

But so far I have only got promises. Today on 08th March, Ms Pinto gave me an option to go for CARNIVAL-2 scheme for 1/4th of the plot size I originally booked and for 12L price.. When I googled, I saw plenty of complaints, complications etc for this scheme too.

Please understand, I chose to do transaction with EXPAT hassle free experience. Obviously I got just the opposite..

I therefore request you to help me and get refund of all my money at the earliest from EXPAT with at least bank interest..

Ms Pinto told me that registration for Shubh II will start in 2 months.. but what confidence do I have for such promises? Even if they made some sincere efforts of late, the result is not good at all..

    Sir,

    We have booked two plots of one acre each in their project "green fields" in 2012. We have also booked one more plot in their "park view" project.

    We have also made all payments as per contract. However, the plot is still not registered in our name although it is very much overdue.

    If we try to contact their office at mumbai, the phone keeps on ringing and we would be lucky if some one takes the call. But luck ends there. The operator will then say that the concerned executive is busy / not well / in meeting and she will assure you that we will get a call back which never happens. If you put too much pressure, then all we get is some vague reply.

    The way they respond is sure sign of some serious trouble.

    We understand that there are lot of investors like us who are stuck with their investments in this company.

    Therefore, i suggest that all investors who have got their investment stuck in expat project should come together so that something can be done before it is too late.

    We also request consumer complaints to provide a forum by which all come together.

      Hello,
      We have invested in the said project since 2014 but there is no sign of development and even the developer is not responding to calls.
      Developer is always saying they are waiting for some or the other approval from gov.

      This registration is granted under section 5 of the act to the following project under project registration number : p[protected]

      Project: vida bldg b­1, plot bearing / cts / survey / final plot no.: 7/6, 7/7, 9/2, 18/1, village usatane, taluka
