I had bought a One Acre Plot from Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. at Village Kashekhol Taluka Tala Dist Raigad Pincode 402111 on dated 20th Feb 2013 in price 80000 and till Nov 2017 i have paid 722000 but till now didn't got the my plot, I tried to reach Expat projects & Development Pvt Ltd and team since many days but unfortunately no response from your side neither on email nor on telephone No.[protected] and[protected], also i tried to contact Mr. Ashok Jaiswal on [protected] but no response from him too!! After several email reminders from my side, No single reply from your team !! Even no one bothers to acknowledge my emails.
My humble request to RERA Team is to Please help to get the Compensation from Expat.

I have purchased 500sq meter plot from this developer in GCC countries. For a total.considerstion of 650k. I had paid them advance amount + EMI till today. Now I am calling and asking them for refund. They are not responding neither picking up my call. Can you help me to get refund.

M/s Expat Projects and Development Pvt Ltd promised to sell us agricultural land by paying money in installments for 60 months. We had entered into MOU and started paying since September 2011. We had visited the site a couple of time in[protected], but the land was not developed. They kept promising they would deliver the land shortly, but till now we haven't received any.
They are not answering any queries.
How do we go about recovering our money.
