One of my instagram friend from uk send a parcel to me and when it is reached herein delhi one agent called me and told me to pay an amountof 50000 as registration cahrges and i paid it. After that she again called me and told me that the parcel contains some pound and so that i need to pay 85000 as certificate charge.
