F1 Info Solutions Complaints & Reviews

I had submitted my boult airpod. But several times i tried to reach. They did not respond and finally they blocked my number.

I have given my Asus Zenphone 2 mobile phone for repair(INR 9590149) since its display is broken, Battery and main board replacement on 09 Sep 2015. They told 10 days time since they have to procure the spare parts. But after 10 days when every I am trying to contact them either they will not pickup/phone is busy. They never bothered to update the customer back for a work they are doing. When ever I am able to talk to them, their usual reply will be that, it will be ready in 1 week time. I raised a complaint with Asus customer care also that they are not responding(ticket no - A[protected]. I was surprised that with in 1 week they closed that ticket saying that they delivered this phone. Asus customer care also closed the ticket with out checking with me. Finally one day(after 3 months) they confirmed that they lost this phone. "Yes they lost it." After that they are not responding or not speaking to me at all and taking a stand that they can't do any thing. They are telling to go ahead with what ever way I want !!! Never seen such a strange, unethical, and cut throat customer service centre.

I had cracked the screen of my ASUS transformer tab and had therefore given it to the F1 info solutions at Saleh Centre, Cunningham Road, Bangalore. I was told it would take Rs. 6200 to fix.. this was on 27th November. On 1st December I get a call from a Mr. Touseef saying that the quote is 9200 ruppees, which was not communicated to me when I had given the laptop for repair. I asked him not to repair it. The next day that is today though I called multiple times I couldn't get in touch with him. The staff were very callous and unhelpful. I went to Saleh centre to retrieve my device and was told that the price had changed from 6200 to 9200 in three days. I am very disappointed with the service. I would advice anyone against going there. It is literally a waste of time and money.
