I have ordered a Sensor Module on FAB TO LAB on 04/06/2022, Later I have changed my project and I requested to cancel my order I have informed by mail, then they canceled, after 1 day I asked to provide refund details, and they said 5% as TAX balance money will be refunded will be issued as they said, Next day I have received any refund again I asked them to share the refund details after that no response from FAB TO LAB, On their Whatsapp support also no responses, I used to pay via PayU payment gateway for that 2%as transaction fee +18% TAX on the transaction fee. But FAB TO LAB they said 5% will deducting. Even If is used an American Express debit card PayU will charge 3%+18% (You can check on the PayU website), This FAB TO LAB charges 5%, also no refund provided till now. Please take action against them.
