I have placed an order on 7th July the payment has done twice but the Oder hasn't placed. My money has deducted twice... what to do it's a fake e-commerce site...

Today morning i had placed an order of three kurti and dress order no 219627. But bymistake another order has been placed immediately after the first for the same products. So same dresses will be arriving. I kindly request you to cancel the order no 219627. As the other order will be retained. Please do the helpful on this regard in my favor as soon as possible....

I had ordered the product of triviyaa designer colourful blue saree on 11.02.18 and received the product on 15.02.18 by paying cash of rs.640/- order no. Was #16453. But, after opening the packet, designer saree of blue colour was not there which i had ordered. Therefore, the authority of the company is requested to take return back the product by giving cash back to me immediately....
