I have made the prepaid payment of Rs1421, and there are 10items which are not shipped yet, i have already informed them that i am moving on 22nd November'23 to different cities, so kindly deliver the shipment on or before 22nd November'23. But i am not getting any response from them...I have also contacted through Whatsapp and email but no response from them. i am stuck now, as i have order the cosmetic for my marraige purpose. Kindly help...

I have made oder with faces Canada .. and they also provide me a free product .. when I received the product they charge me 278 for the free product and I didn't receive enat of my other products.. they didn't have proper customer service and return policy, they cheated me.. very disappointed

I ordered from faces canada and its been a month and I haven’t received my order and there ain’t responding properly.I ordered crayon lipstick and they delivered different ones and according to their policy they had to accept my return within 2 days but they denied.I think have his brand is not properly communicating in India.

I had a made a purchase of 2 magnet eyes color kajal which had a promo of buy 2 get 1 more free. I have made a purchase of 2 but the free item was not delivered. The other product Fresh eyes was also purchased. On wrting to customer care and asking to kindly check on this and let me know as to why the free item wasn't delivered to me.
There response is as below:
We like to inform you that Buy 2 Get 1 offer, there need to be 3 products added to the cart at the time of the delivery. as there were only 2 products in the cart, the order is not eligible for the offer.
The moment i clicked the 3rd one it was adding amount hence opted for 2 thinking they will send the 3rd one as it is free item.
I had also asked for return since there was no free item delivery. The company responds as below:
We wish to inform you that the product delivered to you is as per the order placed and is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Hence, we would not be able to honor your request for a replacement/exchange/return..
On me mentioning, Why is it not eligible? i have not opened the product and it stays as is. I need refund or send me the free product, They respond as below:
We wish to inform you that a return/ replacement can be processed only for missing/wrong/expired/damaged products.
As the product delivered to you is as per the order placed, we would not be able to honor your request for a replacement.
I wrote them back as below:
But why was there not a disclaimer that the customer has to select the third free item as well.
Isn't that misleading a customer? Thats insane and since the moment I received the good I have been sending msgs and mailers..
I need a resolution one you deliver the free item or pick up the items as return due to misleading information. Else I will hv to go to consumer court and look for my justice from them and the same will be mentioned in social media sites too as I hv all of the proofs.
They have automated message sent back as below:
Thank you for contacting us.

These people are cheating publics. Kindly take severe action.

Products undelivered/ No money refund

I have ordered few items from faces on 10th Oct, and it has came to the shipping address but delivery partner told me there is a mistake in my phone number so otp is not generating and because there is mistake in phone number the person has not delivered the package n went back. The amount I have paid Rs. 3, 196/-.There is no attempt of delivering the products. I don't understand what is the big issue? the person, email ID, address everything is right and i have asked them if they can send me the otp on my email but they refused. Since then i am not getting any support, i have written more than 20 mails to them they are unable to change the phone number or address once the order is placed, and once it is dispatched they cannot cancel it. Now i am not getting any update from them as they are not delivering the products nor refunding my money.

Frauds and cheating online by faces canada
I received my package just now order I'd # 480476.I have ordered 4 lip liners received only 3 . RED LIP LINER IS MISSING IN THE PACKAGE. I tried contacting them on customer care number but that is not functional number tried sending them email contacting them on social media but all are on automated response and no way to reach customer support. THEY ARE DOING ONLINE FRAUD FOOLING CUSTOMERS AS THEY ARE NOT ADRESSING THE CUSTOMERS GRIEVANCES TAKING OUR MONEY

I was order lipstick combo from faces canada first day of delivery the delivery boy call me from someone else no which is missed by me when i call that no again the person said that a boy call me from his no after that every day i track my order and that is out for delivery today i did not get any updation from faces canada such worst company

I have made an order to faces canada and I have already paid the amount for my order via razorpay but it is still showing me to pay COD.
Kindly, check as it is showing that the transaction has been declined but from our side the amount has already been deducted and I’m unable to collect my order as it is asking me to pay again for the order.

Hello Team,
This complaint is regarding Faces Canada. I purchased bridal makeup combo from their site worth INR 3299/- and a pouch as complementary gift.
They delivered only free pouch and 1 mascara. Now, while I try to place return/refund request, the portal shows only free pouch in return /refund option.
They don't have any customer support to address the issue.This is highly disappointing....
