Fallsin construction they don't deserve even one star.. Most pathetic builder in chennai.. Never buy anything from them. There are multiple people who have been cheated by fallsin constructions. They have two construction company names. Another one is arunachalam associates. They didnt give proper bills and approved drawings. Owner name illayaraja but he didnt pick my calls. Very very poor quality of materials they used for construction. Many banks blacklisted them

Fallsin Construction started a construction in MAV Mumurthy Avenue at Kaspapuram village, Tambaram Taluk at April 2014. Still they did not handover the building to the customers completely but builder get the full amount to the customers. So do not advise anybody to Fallsin Construction

Yes falls in construction cheating and fraud company. No doubt. First u give proper receipts to the customers. U prepared agreement in the name of arunachalam associates. But u given receipts in the name of falls in construction. So u r a fraud company. Then i[censored] didn't get full payment why u hand over the house to the customer incomplete and given completion certificate. Joint venture between u and alagasan. U also cheated alagasan. U didn't complete his building. R u a builder? For individual didn't pay service tax. This basic thing also u didn't know. I also have a compliment receipt given by seliyur police station. Don't try to act smart.
