So my family was in dire need of some income when i applied to several websites such as naukri etc and i started receiving several whatsapp messages offering me data entry jobs. Most of them asked for a registration money, now if i am searching for job that means that i myself need money, how could i pay them?! So i rejected them, but suddenly this gam technology texted me offering a job to enter captchas and said that my registration amount would be deducted from my first pay, i was okay with that. They had certain other conditions that if i dont do the work, i will have to pay. I had no option but to agree because of my financial status, so they asked for my id proof, i gave my driving license and also i had to give my signature. Now after i started doing the job, the captchas were identical, you cannot differentiate between 1, l and i, guess work was the only option. Also, they somehow showed that the number of entries were somehow 40-60%wrong and the entries were somehow 50 or 100 less than how much i had actually entered. By this time, they had stopped replying. I asked them about the problems, no replies! I anyhow did the work, but the everyday results were frustrating. I stopped doing the work. After few days a lawyer called me asking about the money and threatening me to file a case. I took the help of my friend, who called the lawyer from his number and asked some indirect questions to verify if he was a real one and he was not. We also took assistance from a known man who happens to be a lawyer in the high high court and even he verified that this man is a fraud. But even then i did not denie to pay the money as i did not want any limitation regarding this, i told him to give me some time rather than just 2 hrs, but he said that a case is going to be filed and after that i would have to pay around 78000 rupees rather than 6900. Now i had no option but to block him. My family was going through high emotional stress due to this. I deleted every relevant documents and filed a g. R. E in the local police station and tried to ignore that and erase that this had happened. Now this happened around january end to february beginning this year (2020), now, suddenly after so many months i again received a call today (Sept 14, 2020) that have to pay rs. 200000 within 2-3 days. By this time i had done some research on this company and many similar complaints are filed. Here is another one. Mine. Me and my family has not improved a bit in financial terms, and rather, the pandemic has worsened our situation. Yes a contract was signed, with me and with many others, but a contract is not valid if the company is illegal or fraud. I need urgent help. We can no more take any stress related this and if something happens, we shall choose to take our lives rather than being able to pay the money. I (Harsh chaturvedi) got a call from a company (Fam technology (7/24 mehta park, vapi main road, gujarat.). Mac2cap 'app' captcha work... About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay rs 10400 within 7 days in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement. Fam technology person call me said you have to fill 10000 captcha and u will get 30000 per month. Then they send demo. Then today one person call from aurangabad maharashtra and say i'm advocate and u have to pay 10400 otherwise i will case file against 420 section.

I am writting this complain as i have been harrassing mentally from this company since many days.
I have taken a part time basis job that is captch coding from this company, then they have sent me a contract paper. Atfirst ai have denied to continue this but somehow they have manged me forcefully. I have completed their job as they instructed, but they said that i could not complete it as per contract so they have charged a certain amount of money. I'm from andra, i applied a post through quicker app and someone called me and offer thr job i said i won't do it, he said no problem you can start after one week, ask for my proof and i have submitted he sent me a link and ask for my sign and i have signed it and didn't explain about the agreement now someone cased a file and thretning me, help me please

Found fam technology online captcha work from quickr.
They asked me to send a picture, adhaar card and sign along with my name without seeing the agreement beforehand they already signed the document.
Work was to complete 10000 captchas with 90% accuracy within 10 days. The twist is, no one can ever get it right because too many are always wrong.
It is a fake company trying to win money from people like us.

Sir i'm rabi fam technology person call me said you have to fill 10000 captcha and u will get 30000 per month. Then they send demo. I join to fill the captcha 1st session n then i stop to fill the captcha coz my wife is admitted in hospital. Then today one person cl form maharashtra and say i'm advocat an u have to pay 7500 otherwise i will case file against 420 section.

In last january i got a msg from unknown person he told in there compeny they have part time from home based and he said salary was 30k so i told to him i am intrested in there work, then he ask me to send my adhaar proof for registration so i send my adhaar card to him, he gave the work to entry captchas of 10000 in 10 days but i got doubt on co.. And enquired in google and i know that it's a fraud company so i didn't work now that are forcing to pay 7000k for not talking any legal actions but in true caller its showing as a fraud so i am not paying them let them do what ever they want but finally i paid 1000 to them so kindly don't apply for any offline data entry jobs almost they are frauds. Now they are harsing and telling pay amount in court
. They are telling that the legal notice has dispatched to your address so pay 10000 immediately so kindly solve my issue please

I am akshat trivedi. I had started to work for the company fam technology from 25th january 2020, its a captcha entering company. I worked for around two days and then i looked on my report where they show us your total correct captcha's and the wrong one's. I stopped working on the application provided by them to me on whatsapp, at first their user id and password did not work. The second time they gave me a new one to log onto that application (Not on app store, third party application). For every 300 captcha's i did, it showed that i have got 100+ wrong, when in that case is impossible. And their agreement also showed that if you enter more than 1000 captcha wrong out of 10, 000 captcha's in 10 days then you would be liable to pay 6900/- inr. I surely have made myself got into this trouble. Today is 07/02/2020 and i have got a legal notice soft copy on my mail id by some advocate. I do think that this company is fraud and they are now asking me to pay for almost 10, 400/- inr. What shall i do?

Sir i m from assam one day in the month of january 2020 i have got a company col in my number in the col they told mi that it is a company which provides partime job to any person n they told mi that u have to work from home n after that they told mi that we will provide u 10000 captcha n from that u have to give correct captch 90% in 10 days after that they ask mi my documents n they ask mi to upload my signature after that when 5 days over i m coling them but they r not reachable n i have complete my 4th session n now they have given mi a mesg that pay 6900 in the fam technology account otherwise your case will be taken to court they told mi this way n one thing sir at starting before they providing mi 10000 captcha they have taken 350 from me so sir i request u please help me sir i m from so poor family i my self serving my family members by doing job in a road side shop with salary 4000 per month n except mi nobody have job in my family members so in a very bed condition i m serving my family n i can't pay 6900 sir plz help mi sir to over come from this situation plz sir

I applied to it via quickr. They said to pay 6900 incase of incomplete work, after paying money they are demaning for more which is 12000, it is not mentioned to me at first. I cant pay the money. They are doing fraud. They have got me paid 10k until now. And they still asking me for more money. I cannot pay that huge amount. They are saying that they will file a case in gujarat court. Please help me.

They told me that they will provide with part time job. I had to enter captcha and they will pay me but wen i completed around 6 sessions, i asked for my qc report. They sent it that i made around 100+ wrong every 300 captchas, i came to know that they r cheating in qc.. & i asked them whether the qc is manual or automatic.. First time she denied to reply and 2nd time she said it was done by software.. And they asked me to sign an agreement to pay a fine for not completing my work. They took my pan card xerox as a proof. Now they are asking me to pay 6999rupees to close the file. Such a fraud company. Please beware of these fakers.
I'm going file fir tomorrow.. Please help me.

Sir mai ek student hu kam ke ragarding main wo company ka captcha work liya tha but lete samay unhone kuch bataya nhi ki agreement itne samay ka rahega ya kuch 6900 bharne ko bol rahe hai wo bhare to bhi ab bol rahe hai ki 12980 bharo nhi to legal action hogi aur continue call kr kr ke pareshan kr rahe hai aur bohot mentally pareshan kr rahe hai plz sir kya karu sir mai kuch samj me nhi aa raha hai aur waha bhi wo ek hr me bharo aisa waisa bol rahe hai... Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project fromfraud ph no[protected] to[protected]. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count. Why i compete 10000 captchas. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly
