Dear ZEE Business,

I applied for preference shares of FARM Enterprises SERIES A, with a option to convert them into Equity shares before the maturity date. I opted for conversion before due date, but instead of converting them in equity shares, company is forcing me to accept redemption warrants.
I applied for FARM ENTERPRISES Shares SERIES. A with clear thought to converted them in equity shares, otherwise I would have applied for SERIES B, which were to be redeemed at 20 percent premium..

I request the company board to help me out and do justice to me and arrange for getting the 46 equity shares.each against my folios no. 5524105 & 4366352 in the name of Sarita Gupta.

I am holding 46 warrant Certificate of Farm enterprises. Folio No. 9060499 in the name of Krishna Kumar and Sarita Gupta. Distinctive no. [protected]-567. I am holding fully paid warrant certificate in physical form and given to understand that these have been converted into Reliance Industries limited.
I want to know the action to be taken for conversation of Farm Enterprises ltd. Shares to R. I. L.
Please guide.

I have the 46 no of FARM ENTERPRISES LIMITED preference share certificate holding from[protected] and 3 no of preference share holding from[protected] and till date I did not get any dividend or any redemption amount .
Because of the my living address change i did not get any dividend or any redemption amount so suggest me how can i change my mailing address or how can i get the redemption or dividend amount to my new mailing address.

I am holding16 No.12% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Farm Enterprises Limited.I am not receiving Balancesheet from the company and Iam also not receiving any dividend nor any communication in this regard.Kindly help me in this regard.

I have written you the letter dt 07/07/2008 to

inform the position of allotment of No. of shares & Refund of the

balance amount . The letter was sent through Karvy stock broking

Ltd, 94, Mahatma Gandhi marg, HAZARATGANG, LUCKNOW.



A long period of more than 3 weeks since passed but neither you have

sent the allotment advise nor have sent the refund amount of my

application under above subject.

You are therefore do the needful immeadietely without further Delay
