This is Roshni, I ordered 9 items of Order no. - 344610 on 17th September, 2021. And on 26th September, i got only 2 out of 9. Still there are 7 Items. For which I already paid 336.

Had placed an order on 10th August AMD they said they deliver in 10 working days but it’s been 24 days now and I have no delivery status information no tracking details AMD they don’t respond to any of may mails. Customer service is so bad - order number is #313686

I have ordered 10 tops from Fashchic_15 instagram page on May 21st, 2021. I haven't got any parcel or reply from them. Please help me out to get my money back.

I ordered 2 tshirts worth-rs.258 paid online on fashchic_15 official site in March and got no update since about delivery i.e not recieved .they are not responding to any mails! messages. Hope i either get refund or my parcel backkk!!!

I had purchased some clothes from the https://fashchic15.com/ (they also have an instagram account fashchic_15) in the month of feb 2021, delivery was supposed to be received in 7 to 10 days, however i have still not received the order yet.. trying to reach them on insta and mails ( they responded intially but now they are not responding) all they say is a u will recieve your order in 7 to 10 days, .. a custom message is sent every time you message on insta handle.

I order 10 things from the website named fashchic15.com on the march 23, 2021. My order number is #143107. My total amount is 1369.45.
I tried to contact through mail but they are not responding.
I want my product because it's been more than 1 month or else refund with interest.
