Hi, I had ordered products worth rs 462 but it's been 2 months and I haven't yet received my products. In the site it still says it's processing and there is no response from their side through email or through insta. My order id is 322650. Please help me out....

I placed my order from https://fashchic15.com/ on 20th june 2021 which contains 1. Red Round Top & 2. Maroon Trim Heart Embroidery Top & Cash on delivery was not available so I paid by card immediately. I have ordered 2 tees worth 218/- .
Shipping time 10-25 days and delivery time 15-25 days, and the told me that tacking link will be updated once its shipped, but didn't get any link from them of tracking my package, even when I have paid for that, and I have also send them mails so many times, but not single reply from them...
I am really disappointed of this kind of behavior from them... (Not a single reply) ...it really...

I have purchased a dress for 249 rs from their website which is fashchic15.com after seeing their page from instagram i ordered it on january 20, 2021 till now no updates oof the order and no reply from them after i contacted several times....

I had placed an order on 31st December, 2020.
They said they deliver in 10 working days but it’s been like a month now and I have no delivery status information no tracking details AMD.
They don’t respond to any of may mails.
Customer service is so bad.
