I recently bought a wrist watch from FashionFreak.in and after receiving the product I feel like I am scammed since I did not get the product I was promised by the seller and the watch isn't working. When I try to contact them for refunding my money. They are trying to decline it by saying that they do not have refund policy which is a lie according to their service policy on their website. Please help.

I ordered an puma ferrari shoe from the website shop101.com
The product shown in the pictures were good
But the actual product which i received was not as expected, the product had fake symbol of puma as if it was printed by them on it and the print was vanishing when i just wiped it out with my finger around it, the shoe shown in the pictures were different than the actual product received
I just need an refund of what i paid it wasn't worth to pay for an duplicate product, as they are supplying duplicate products. I dont want replacement i want refund.
