I have ordered kurtas of 2 set one is of 3combo pack nd the other is of 2 combo pack and they delivered poor quality saree which i havent odered and make me to pay 1688/- would plzzz take action and plzz refund our money.

I am manasa raghu i have ordered a combo of 2 kurtis costing rs 689/- xxl on 13/9/19. I have received a wrong stock that is saree instead of kurtis, which is not at all good. I have also tried contacting them but they have mentioned wrong contact number this is purely fake. I need to be refunded immediately and also i have attached the images relating to my order. Person named piyush rang up in the morning to ask for bank details to return money for wrong delivery but behaved very rudely when l asked for assurance that my money will be transferred and he cut off the line again in the evening l receive d a phone call from raghavendra singh asking for registered ph no. And bank including card no and back no of theatm card which l did not give. Then they asked for otp sent by the bank which l forward...

They have given wrong phone number and wrong email. The mails are undeliverd they also dnt have any return policy i want to please take strict action against it and i want my money back..
