I have lost my money by using the meesho app. I have ordered one product and I have paid by gpay using this Meesho app. The amount had been debited from account but my order not been placed..am trying to contact that merchant but couldn't find them. please help me

Amount 308 is debited from my account but can not completed the ordering procedures. It is not seen as ordered.

On May 20, 2022 I have made a payment of Rs 783/- through Google pay for Meesho app shopping. My bank account was debited for the amount but order was not placed.(items are still in the Meesho cart). Kindly revert the amount at the earliest. I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction.

Where do I can write a complaint I don't know but here the only source I found this is a urgent matter I ordered a track pant but it cancel and my money is detected 807 Rs from my account but it shows the order is cancelled and refund will be processed but transaction ID is not showing I called you but I am not getting a proper solution I am attaching the screenshot of the order which is cancelled and I am waiting for the refund 8 days passed not credited...kindly do to the need regards..Can I get the refund or it is lost? Kindly respond please..

I had purchased a product for Rs 479 from Meesho on 04/05/2022 through Google pay. But the purchase not confirmed and the cash debited from the account. cash has not yet been credited to the account....

On 3rd and 4th May I have paid Rs 157 and 185 for a T-shirt. Through Google pay. Till now meesho have not received any payment. Please send me the T-shirt or return my money

On 10th May I have paid Rs 249 for a T-shirt. Through Google pay. Till now I have not received any information from you. Please send me the T-shirt or return my money.

I have ordered bangle organizer on 1st may, my payment was successful but order is still not confirmed and it shows payment confirmation pending.i didnt get my order or my refund

I have ordered an item in Meesho using online transaction gpay. Amount got debited from the account and the status of transaction in Successful in gpay and Banking application, but the order got cancelled in meesho saying there is no payment confirmation. But I contacted my bank and got mail like amount got credited to the beneficiary account. Pls refund the amount ASAP.

Money is deducted from my account on 3rd april but service is not received yet

Money deducted on April 3rd through phonepay upi and payment status was processing on that day. But there is no order datails on meesho. On 5th April showing transaction successful. I called meesho but no response. I want refund money

I made payment through Google pay, payment went under processing but in Meesho my order got cancelled due to payment not received, the next day in Google pay payment got confirmation but my order was cancelled I want my money back, please try to refund the money:

We sold airpod on their platform but after few days the parcel returned and when we opened the parcel there was nighty instead of ₹2000 airpods
Our maximum orders which are above ₹1900 are returning with used products in packets
We even provided video recording of the packing
Still did not received the money
They will ruin small business with there un organised logistics and lack of safety features in there application

All the small business will go in losses due to them

I ordered a sun glass and a tshirt it debitted from me and paid from my gpay but in mesho it is showing as order cancelled and my amount was also not refunded...

When will u refund our amount???

Money deducted from my account without order the item in meesho..I want the refund

My account had been debited twice on 14. 3.22 for single product which costs310/- but the order was not placed. I want the amount ie 620/- to be refunded.

Order no [protected] on line purchase made on 3rd March through Meeso. The delivery boy used to keep the line on hold. Has not contacted the customer at all a very bad courier service

Very bad experience. I had Ordered an item from meesho through FFASHNEAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, then no order is completed but money was deducted.
So please return my money as soon as possible.
