Rs.175 paid at Nanguneri for TN07CK9831 on[protected]:46:13 with ICICI Bank FASTag. Bal Rs.159. Call [protected] for dispute

The subject vehcile is not mine and seems somebody is misused my personal data and contact details to create the fast tag .

Kindly do needful to cancel the same and remove my personal details and information from the same vehicle Nos

05NOV23 DELHI MEETUT FAST TAG WAS DEDUCTED RS-70/-
06NOV23 MEETUT DELHI FAST TAG WAS DEDUCTED RS-160/-
2nd time this discrepancy is noted and First time addressed on this forum.

A toll tax of Rs 65 deducted from my Airtel Fast Tag at Aindhi Toll Plaza with transaction ID FT[protected] while my vehicle UP32GF 2019 is at Lucknow.

Please look in the matter and register my complaint.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Adesh Goel, complaining about FAKE TOLL DEDUCTION on behalf of Munesh Kumar from Modinagar, Firstly, I would like to tell you about my journey by personal Car, Number: UP14EF5749. I went to Balaji with my family from Modinagar on 15th December via Badarpur-Meethapur-Faridabad (Nahar to Nahar).

3 tolls deducted :
1. 16Dec, timing12:45:46am (at Shrinagar Toll Plaza)
2. 16Dec, 2:58:20am (at Ludhwai Toll Plaza)
3. 16Dec, 3:23:53am (at Amoli Toll Plaza)

Then, I returned home on 16 dec (in evening).
Again 3 tolls deducted:
1. 16 Dec, 7:49:24pm (at Amoli Toll Plaza)
2. 16Dec, 8:15:16pm ( at Ludhwai Toll Plaza)
3. 16Dec, 11:18:22pm (at Shrinagar toll Plaza)
And I came back at home (Modinagar) on 17th Dec 1:30am.

I am complaining about fake toll deduction about 17th Dec, while I was at home, I received a message of toll deduction 5:51:04am (at Manesar toll plaza). I didn't go there.
Kindly look into this matter and help me asap.

Dear team,

I am raise request to fasttag customer care and written mail to [protected]@axisbank.com regarding closed my fast tag and tefund my fast tag wallet money to my axis bank account which is dedcuted at the time of apply fasttag.
Complaint raise to cc team on dated 10th jan 2020 against sr. No sr[protected]
Also mail to etcmanagment and he is provide me interaction id[protected].

I have regular follwup to customer care but no any positive feedback received he is talking technical issues everytime to call him.

My compliant since pending 10th jan 2020 and i want to my fasttag closed money of rs 1200/-
