Not providing soft copy of the bill

I recently purchased a chair from Featherlight Mumbai online and needed a soft copy of the bill.

It has been 3 days since i am following with them but yet to get any response.
If a company is so reckless with even providing the bill copy, how do we expect them to provide a good post purchase service. This was my first purchase but it leaves really bad experience.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Featherlite Helix Chair

My helix chair is under warranty. There is a damage on the seat which seems to be a defect in fabric. I have raised a ticket 50370 but there isn’t any response. Please address the issue at the earliest....

2 months delay in delivery

I booked a Featherlite optima Mesh chair through Featherlite UKAN IT, Chennai - 600 035, on 08.03.2017 and was informed that booking will be accepted only against full payment and the delivery will take 4 to 5 weeks.
