I recently purchased a chair from Featherlight Mumbai online and needed a soft copy of the bill.
It has been 3 days since i am following with them but yet to get any response.
If a company is so reckless with even providing the bill copy, how do we expect them to provide a good post purchase service. This was my first purchase but it leaves really bad experience.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Featherlite Helix Chair
My helix chair is under warranty. There is a damage on the seat which seems to be a defect in fabric. I have raised a ticket 50370 but there isn’t any response. Please address the issue at the earliest....

I booked a Featherlite optima Mesh chair through Featherlite UKAN IT, Chennai - 600 035, on 08.03.2017 and was informed that booking will be accepted only against full payment and the delivery will take 4 to 5 weeks.
