Hi there,
My name is Ryan Kowalczyk the Warehouse Manager here at Best Buy in Fox Point, WI. I'm sure there is Company Form to fill out when it comes to Carrier Feedback but I can't seem to find it. Feel free to forward me correct contact list or link to file complaint.
Our back WH receiving bell, which is very loud and can be heard throughout the entire store and also has a sign stating as much above it and to NOT ring twice or hold down - is constantly abused by your morning delivery driver to this location. If an employee isn't at the door within a minute, the driver then leaves the "missed pick up" note on our back door. Which results in missed client packages & vendor items that are sometimes needed to be displayed ASAP for same day launches/orders.
He has been told by Store Management including myself multiple times that it's not only an inconvenience to the customer & teams, but that since our store is massive and our WH wraps around the building with the doors on the opposite ends, it's going to take a few minutes for Warehouse associates to get back as quickly as they would like to.
This morning, all 3 things occurred for again, the 3rd time this month with myself alone, Bell held down for 10-20 seconds, and by the time I (Warehouse Manager) got to the door (in no more than 30 seconds) your delivery driver already has the "Missed Delivery" post it note on the door and was ready to leave. He then entered the building and instead of me giving him any outbound packages, he himself rifled through our delivery area and took boxes - which I assume were correct - but is not the way we do things and against SOP for a Warehouse Associate to not "check out" the packages to the drivers themselves, obviously to avoid shrink issues. I also wasn't asked for a name or signature, which I also don't know if its required, but I was surprised to say the least watching him walk past me grab packages and walk out without any words.
I don't know what needs to happen for this to be addressed but we need it to happen. Whether that's a coaching or removed from the route, feedback to us on how this will be fixed would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered 1 day shipping but my packages keep getting delayed
They said it would be here by the Monday even though I ordered Friday then it said it would be here by the end of the day now it’s been pushed back to Wednesday the facility is literally 40 mins away from me and I can’t pick it up because of the place I ordered from Amazon would never 👎

Unacceptable service
Called yesterday[protected] due to package I paid extra for not being here on time and spoke with Maria who proceeded to tell me the computers were down call them back WHAT why should I as a consumer have to call you back The right and correct response was we will gladly call you back so sorry our package you paid extra for is late. She escalated call to Ashante as I pitched a fit, Ashantes response same as Maria I should call back I said I am calling I will not call you back put some one on that can handle this Escalated to Alliah who di nothing except take my number offer a call back then i received no call !! Had to call this morning FED ex complaint department and Its a PURE act of god thE Father TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN I GOT Will and Will got my wrath so he escalated my call to ERIC. Eric then found out some info like making a case number doing all the things that should have been done yesterday and offered to call me back which for that I was thankful when he finds out where my package is a denture which obviously my pt needs to chew with . Still late still dissapointed and still dont have my package after all this

My driver is lazy and wonât deliver my packages if Iâm the only one on my mountain. Always says there is a weather delay. It was a sunny day. Theyâre is no weather delay. My dogs medications was 2 weeks late because of him. This is ridiculous. I hate being a Karen ### enough is enough. Itâs his job to deliver is it not? And he never puts things on my porch. Always outside of the porch in the rain. This is every single time I have a package

I pay cash for my item and Fed ex delivery drivers are very lazy and sorry and they are always delivering my packages in an unsecured place we have 4 apartments on my floor and instead of them placing my packages were I request in front of my apartment door they will place my packages in the middle of the hallway or another apartment and then they will lie on their report saying they place my package in front of my door...

Delivery problem
I was alerted by my computer that a package was delivered on 1/17/2022 at approximately 3:20 pm. I was home all day and received no such delivery from Fed. Ex.
Today I drove up my driveway to find my package had been tossed over the embankment in the snow heading down toward my driveway and I nearly ran over it with my car. There was no notice placed in my mailbox and if they would have called I would have happily come up to get the item or the driver could have just walked down my driveway (which is a bit tricky in the winter) to deliver it to me.

Overnight package delivery

I paid for overnight Saturday delivery and package was delivered Monday morning at 2 pm. The package was vital medication which did not arrive until after the recipient had to leave the country.
I called Fex Ex about it and they said they have no money back guarantees so too bad. They charged me the full amount of $140.

Our Consignment has been stuck in Customs for Over a Month

AWB #[protected] is stuck in customs for over a month and FedEX does not respond and we have been constantly calling call centre with a assurance that the concerned person shall contact us.
This is pathetic service by FedEX.
If it takes more than a month to get a shipment cleared than I think FedEX shall not be able to compete with other companies.

delay in delivery
its been almost 20 days i havent received the package. Fed Ex Shipment #[protected]. I have made many calls and the only answer i get is ""more than 1000 packages arrived at Goa, hence you will receive it in 2 days""... but i have never received it till date. Now they say that my location is "non-regular delivery location"...and hence the delay. Iam sure they have lost my parcel.
