Femina Subscription Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I am quite upset that despite renewing my annual subscription, I am yet to receive my magazine.
To give a background I have been a regular reader of Femina and have always subscribed for annual magazines. My last subscription no : 00103112 was to expire on 8 March 2012. I gave a Rs 700 cheque to a Femina representative with a request to renew in first week of February. Thereby I got a call from your representatives...

Sir/madam, It's a compaint regarding the timely delivery of Femina magazine at my address, in ajmer. I have been repetitively in contact with your Delhi and jaipur office but there had been no satisfactory reply on your behalf. I have subscribed the magazine in February, customer ID[protected]. Earlier also I had to call up jaipur office and then the magazine was sent by courier. Times of India is a reputative organisation, we don't expect such kind of mismanagement from them. So, I would request you to kindly look into this matter, so that we can receive the subscribed magazine on time. I hope this will help me to get some satisfactory reply from your department.
