Hi,
We booked our flat in 2006, it's been a delay of 13years despite paying full payment.
Last i heard from follow-ups, their license issue with triveni not resolved and expected anytime... God only knows what will happen. Hard earned income and house booked seems gone for toss...
If the rwa or there is a team fighting on this... Pls connect with me asap.. Thanks

This builder has failed to deliver possession in all the 4 projects he launched and facing court cases in all projects and also FIR lodged through court.He wont do any thing unless court case is filed in court

Dear sir,
We had booked a 2bhk flat in ferrous city, sector-89 – flat no. Is h-1401. Offer of possession is still pending. Also as per buyers agreement dt. 13.01.2010 limit of three years has passed. You are requested to kindly let us have the current status of the said project and by when we can expect the possession of our flat. Kindly note till date we have paid about rs. 24, 00, 000/- to ferrous infrastructure.
As per above agreement, ferrous is liable to pay a penalty @ 5/- per sq. Ft. Per month for handing over our flat beyond 36 months (3 years) from the date of agreement i. E. 13.01.2010 (Please note construction of tower h started sometime in the beginning of year 2008). As on date penalty works out to be approx. Rs. 4, 10, 000/- (@ rs. 5970/- per month). You are requested to kindly look into it and release the penalty amount at the earliest.

Possession delay

I had booked a 3bhk flat in 2009 wirh beverly homes phase ii and have not got possession till date. Ferrous keeps on giving false promisses. All payments made whenever demanded but no possession yet. I am looking out for people with same issue with this project or those who have filed case against this builder or are willing to file.

30 FIR has been registered at P.S.EOW, New Delhi against Ferrous Infrastructure pvt Ltd & its directors for cheating with innocent flat allottes.

Cases & Complaints Against Ferrous Infrastructure

In the current time it seems that until and unless all customers of Ferrous Builder come together under one platform/roof there will not be much impact because it's quite easy for a powerful builder to deal with individual customers and still give them nothing other than false promises. So we thought of providing this common platform and now it's your turn to join this and strengthen this association.
We all are in same boat, invested our hard earned money for our dream home and instead of getting possession of the house we all are running from pillar to post and fighting for our rights with the builder, we all are getting only false promises from the management of Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd about the project.
We have filed obtained various information against the builder from concern departments, after getting the information from the departments we have shocked that
1. Builder had not deposited the outstanding amount of EDC ( External Development Charges ) to DTCP ( Director Town and Country Planning ) and due to non deposit of EDC, license of the project is going to be cancelled and builder had charged / collect EDC from plots / flat allottee and builder had not deposit the EDC in HUDA account and Builder had not opened a designated account for collection of EDC payments from the allottee’s and it is a criminal offence as per the guidelines of HUDA Act.
2. Builder had not even paid the amount of the land in which project has developed and due to non payment of the outstanding amount of land multiples litigation are going on against the Sector 70, Township project even few FIR’s has already been lodged against the company and its management i.e. Mr. Ashish Seth, Mr. Surender Seth and other employee of the company who are involved in the offence.
3. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has not deposited the due EDC on account of Sector 89 project as per their agreement with Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd . Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has already collected complete payment on account of EDC from innocent customers and company has not deposited a single penny on account of EDC to HUDA and due to non deposit of EDC project license is going to be cancelled. Due to this incident few complaints has already lodged against the builder and its management and on relay of the complaints few FIR’s are also registered.
4. Our association have in advance talk with the management of the Ferrous Infrastructure regarding the above mentioned issues and management of the Ferrous Infrastructure has given following assurance to the members only of the association : -
a. The customers who are seeking refund will get the refund back with an interest of 24% compounded interest from the date of investment.
b. The customers who are seeking home and ready for wait for the final possession which will take minimum next 2 – 3 years from today, will get a discount of Rs. 150/- to 200/- per sq feet.
5. It is an appeal to all the customers of Ferrous Group to come under the one umbrella for safe guard of hard earned money and take bold / legal steps against the builder and its management.
Your support is much appreciated because it will give strength to all o[censored]s.
we have realize that for getting proper justice we have to knock the door of court of law and we have filed criminal complaints before the Commissioner of Police against the Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and its director / management and on the grounds of the Complaints, Police department has lodged FIR agianst the Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and its management.

Non refund of money
The Ferrous launched a scheme of Villa in Phase -II Sec 89 Faridabad in Jan 2008, where it has now launched Beverly homes floors. As per the company terms I paid 30% of registration money by May 08 and I was issued allotment letter. Since then the company has changed its site plan, villa plan etc three times and issued fresh allotment letters each time, the last one in Aug 09. As it is nearly two years, the company is not in a position to show approved plans etc. and enter into buyer/seller agreement, I have asked for refund.
As per the terms of regstration, the company is supposed to refund the registration money if it didnot do allotment in one year of registration. Now, when I ask for refund of money as they have not honoured their ealier allotment, they are are saying we wonot because we did allotment in one year. Whats is aunthenticity od such allotment which compnay itself has not honoured.
Pl. suggest me the neaxt course of action/step so that I can get my registraion money as well as the interest from Ferrous.
My experience shows that Ferrous is not reliable in any way for doing any dealing with.
