Can someone help me get update as where what and when these people will deliver property.
After trying I found couple of #s
Rajesh [protected]

Charan and Hasan[protected]
But as I call they say, someone will call back but nothing happens
My father expired while waiting for any update
He paid almost 15lakhs from his hard earned money to see a dream of owning home
Can someone please help me find them so we can get some limelight on this
Atleast I will be able to get some peace and solace to my late father soul
I moved myself to USA to earn money after loosing all to devils like ferrous city.
They not only stole dream, but faith and money from govt servant.
I am in Delhi presently and want to resolve and if anyone can, please reach me at my whatsapp #[protected]
I tried calling #s but person is not responding
Presently I work for Govt and travel to b countries for my country. I can protect my country but cant bring smile on my mother face. Please help
Advise me how to get refund or other resolve

flat booked at sector 89 faridabad not being given till 2017

Sir i booked my flat at sector 89 faridabad in the year 2006 and till 2010 given almost full amount and flat is not being given to me, only last payment to be given at the time of pocession. I am writing them but they are not giving any reply. I went to see onsite its not ready to be given for pocession as "no-electricity, no water, no proper entrance and no one to show flats at site, only one chowkidar foung there. And proper reply at site also.
Company at promised in their agreement not given delay charges till date.
I came to know that some people have done case in court. If i am not given proper reply then i will also go to court of law.
Please help me to get my flat or my money back with interest and penalty for not giving me flat pocession in time.

Customers are liable to get Interest against delay of possession by over 5 years Project

Hi Amit Seth/Aman and Ferrous Team,
I'm writing this mail after I got very pissed with a kind of lackadaisical approach of handling customer you follow. You have not been coming in front, not taking almost all my calls and giving false commitments every time if I catch you by any chance on phone. It's been over a month I'm chasing and requesting you to share a Provisional Possession Certificate for my unit G-802 in Ferrous City 1, Sector – 89, Faridabad which I can show to get my tax benefits but despite me calling every time, writing mails and follow-up mails, you are never bothered to take calls or respond to any of my mails. This clearly shows that you are not clear on the date on which you will finally offer this unit to me and certainly a wrong intention of delaying this project even further more.
This project is biggest flop for me and everyone who is associated with you and has landed me in a situation where I’ve taken loan/monies from the market to released your payment in time but possession has just become a dream which might get come true in future. I’m bearing immense loss on this project and repenting on my decision of trusting you and invested money in you in 2008.
Let me be very clear in as less words as I can that the unit had to be handed over to me in 2011 but due to your internal dispute, confusion and incompetence, the project has gotten extremely delayed by over 5 years hence, I should get compensation for my loss on property. I’m doing back calculation of interest @Rs. 5 per sq. ft. per month (as stated in agreement) which Builder is liable to pay before or at the time of possession (which Pradeep, then Atul, and now are claiming to adjust) to customer.
It will be very shocking, unprofessional and certainly a casual attitude if you step back at any point from this clause and give any logic/reason to buyers for not releasing the money for the loss on property they are bearing since they have invested money in it. It will only show your bad intention of delay happened and non-committal approach towards this endeavor.
Hope you guys have left with some dignity and have some long-term goal in head to revamp your company and sustain in the market by giving satisfactory services to customers in future, at least. All our eyes on you and waiting for the possession to happen as soon as possible.

Real Estate Property Cases & Complaints Against Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Welcome to Ferrous Plots Allottee Association website. This has been created and funded by customers of Ferrous Builder. In the current time it seems that until and unless all customers of Ferrous Builder come together under one platform/roof there will not be much impact because it's quite easy for a powerful builder to deal with individual customers and still give them nothing other than false promises. So we thought of providing this common platform and now it's your turn to join this and strengthen this association.
We all are in same boat, invested our hard earned money for our dream home and instead of getting possession of the house we all are fighting for our rights with the builder and we all are getting only false promises from the management of Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd about the project.
We have filed no of RTI against the builder in concern departments and after getting the information from the departments we have shocked that
1. 1. Builder had not deposited the outstanding amount of EDC ( External Development Charges ) to DTCP ( Director Town and Country Planning ) and due to non deposit of EDC, license of the project is going to be cancelled and builder had charged / collect EDC from plots / flat allottee and builder had not deposit the EDC in HUDA account and Builder had not opened a designated account for collection of EDC payments from the allottee’s and it is a criminal offence as per the guidelines of HUDA Act.
2. Builder had not even paid the amount of the land in which project has developed and due to non payment of the outstanding amount of land multiples litigation are going on against the Sector 70, Township project even few FIR’s has already been lodged against the company and its management i.e. Mr. Ashish Seth, Mr. Surender Seth and other employee of the company who are involved in the offence.
3. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has not deposited the due EDC on account of Sector 89 project as per their agreement with Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd . Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has already collected complete payment on account of EDC from innocent customers and company has not deposited a single penny on account of EDC to HUDA and due to non deposit of EDC project license is going to be cancelled. Due to this incident few complaints has already lodged against the builder and its management and on relay of the complaints few FIR’s are also registered.
4. Our association have in advance talk with the management of the Ferrous Infrastructure regarding the above mentioned issues and management of the Ferrous Infrastructure has given following assurance to the members only of the association : -
a. The customers who are seeking refund will get the refund back with an interest of 24% compounded interest from the date of investment.
b. The customers who are seeking home and ready for wait for the final possession which will take minimum next 2 – 3 years from today, will get a discount of Rs. 150/- to 200/- per sq feet.
5. It is a appeal of our association to all the customers of Ferrous Group to come and join us and we all will come under the one umbrella for safe guard of our hard earned money and raise our voice against the builders. Your support is much appreciated because it will give strength to all o[censored]s.
Afterthat, we have realize that for getting proper justice we have to knock the door of court of law and we have filed criminal complaints before the Commissioner of Police against the Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and its director / management and on the grounds of the Complaints, Police department has lodged FIR agianst the Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and its management.
Therefore, it's a perfect time to join the association, so if you want to join our association then the steps you need to take are:

I have a booked 3 BHK Flat in Faridabad sector- 89 with M/s ferrous Infrastrcuture Pvt. Ltd.1 st floor , Block -B, Vatika Tower , Golf Course Road, Sector-54, gurgaon.
