Firetech Engineers Works Complaints & Reviews

Respected sir/mam,
We called firetech engineers works for refilling of fire extinguisher. Company sent a executive to refill the fire extinguisher, executive came into our muthoot finance ltd branch and took fire extinguisher with him without any permission from us and even not giving a single receiving and left without anybody knowledge. We complaint it to his company but the company customer care executives are making fool o[censored]s. They are lying day by day that they will delivered it today. It is almost 12 days we don't get back our fire extinguisher. I am a layman, my company will terminate me if i do not get company fire extinguisher back before 25th of march. Please help sir/mam.

On[protected] we received a contact number from just dial regarding re-filling of fire extinguisher. Just dial provided a number for the company named firetech engineers works based in okhla, delhi, despite of several reminders for returning our product, the company is lingering on the due job work.
After several reminders to firetech engineers works through (Watsapp), sms, the company returned my product (Fire extinguisher) on[protected] i. E, after 18 days.
We (Maharishi dayanand public school rajouri garden new delhi 110027) just handed over only one fire extinguisher to be re-fill. Please do the needful.
