MY HOME LOAN IS (FIXED+FLOATING). FIXED TENURE IS OVER AND NOW CURRENT INTEREST RATE IS 12% WHEREIN MARKET RATE IS 10.5%. WHEN WANTED TO CHANGE BANK FIRST BLUE HOME FINANCE IS CHARGING 2% OF OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE SAYING EVEN IF CURRENT RATE IS FLOATING THERE WILL BE FOR-CLOSURE CHARGES BECAUSE SCHEME IS FIXED+FLOATING. PLS CLARIFY. MY HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NO IS GUR/031852...

I have a home loan (acct no Loan A/C No. PUN/030944) with bank First Blue Home Finance Limited at its Lullanagar, Kondhwa Branch,
Pune, Maharashtra. I have taken a loan for Rs[protected].75 lacs p.a.) for 20 years. When I started repaying my emi was 26417 in
August, 2009. As on today the the tenure has increased from 20 years to 35 years and EMI has increased from 26417 to 31800.
