I placed an order for grocery through Flipkart grocery to the seller SuperComNet . I have received the package but found only 6 items from which I have ordered 12 items. 6 items were missing and I have already paid for it but didn't received the total products. I have given complaints regarding it for 5times but every time my return requests are being rejected saying that the reason they got confirmation for the delivery from their courier service partner. I want my refund or the missing products back. Please make sure you don't cheat your customers by getting the money from them and not giving the products. Flipkart is really bad in their responsibility to check whether it's costumer gets the right concern.

I am complaining about my order of oppo k1
I ordered an oppo k1 (astral blue) order id OD[protected] on 12th feb 2019 in its launch sale with offers having buy back warranty and 10% of on payment using Citibank debit/credit card and it should be delivered to me by 14th of Feb but the delivery date extended to 16th not only this it again extended to 17th and keeps on extending continuously and now it showing that it will be delivered to me by 20th of Feb but the problem is that the product is not even packed or shipped by the seller also it is pertinent to mention here that the app is showing two day delivery on the same product by the same seller but without the offers and here you can smell something fishy and what I can assume that the seller is not delivering the product deliberately and it's been 6 days now I haven't got any update despite contacting the customer care support #SuperComNet #flipkart
