I had placed an order of cake and roses for my mother's birthday a week in advance to ensure they have enough time to make the order. On the day of delivery since my mother's phone was busy they contacted on the emergency number provided. Without even reconfirming with the sender the cake was delivered to a different address instead of the address provided. The delivery guy never bothered to check if the person bis available at the location or not. He just wanted to hurry and delivery the order. When you take the payment do we pay it to others?? Why wasn't I contacted if the delivery address was changed. More over we order for a bitter chocolate cake and when the cake arrived this was just a normal chocolate cake with completely different designs. The cake ordered based on the website doesn't even match 1% of it. When I complained they just ignore your messages and harrases the emergency number person to withdraw our complaint.

Very unprofessional, I was recommended by a close friend but now I would say these people are cheaters. Definitely will raise this to the consumer court.

    I ordered cake, flowers, chocolate and rakhi from floraindia website, saw on tiktok. Just got chocolates and one rakhi delivered. No response to any whatsapp message, email or call. Ordered new cake and flowers with rakhi, got email to pay extra charges to get second order delivered. After paying extra charges still no delivery, delivered 2 days later when the occasion was over and guess what they delivered, worst quality flowers and rakhi, no cake. Spoiled my occasion, spoiled my mood, insulted me in front of my family.

      Disappointed with quality
      I have been using this co since January of this year to send cake, flowers, and sweets to friends and family. Last week Friday I put an order for a cake to Kolkata for my family and they have sent orders to this location 2 times prior to this. At 1 pm Saturday, I checked the website marked as cake delivered. I called but customer care did not receive calls. I was able to get the customer care after multiple tries, the gentleman informed me that he will call back after 20 minutes. After 1 hr no call, I called back and then the same person informed me that it was mistakenly marked as delivered and they will deliver it, however unable to provide any time. At last at 7 pm it was delivered to my family, and I was also present. We were not able to enjoy the cake (Blackforest eggless) as the quality of the cake was worst. I ordered a 1 kg cake but it was 1/2 kg of what we received. It seemed we received a cake from a local bakery. I tasted the same cake other times from this co, so I ordered this. However, the taste did not feel like a freshly baked cake. I am very much disappointed this time. They are on what's the app, I wrote to them that the cake was not delivered and I am unable to get anyone online. However, till today they did not acknowledge.
      ***** I paid $14.05 for this cake? anyone can bake better at home****

        Through an online transaction I paid Rs 1550 to floraindia.com on 18th Nov 2020 for delivering a bouquet at friend's new office in Bhuj on 19th Nov 2020. The detailed address and mobile number of the receipients were also given. My friend has never received the bouquet till now 17th Dec 2020. I emailed to them and but they never replied.

            I ordered for a bouquet of flowers on mother's day. The flowers I have chosen were Roses and Rajnigandha. What was delivered to my mom were roses with some other white flower which was pathetic and unexpected. I would request everybody not to order from this website because even if they give you a choice to select flowers in the bouquet, they will use flowers as per their convenience (i.e. cheaper and flowers with no fragrance). On top of that when you try to call them, either the customer service number would be busy all the time. Even if it rings they won't answer your call.

              Today is my husband bday.I send a cake to him amounting 1400.BT wrong cake was deliver to him..and it was on a worst condition.not even able to eat..m so irritate and frustrate..ur company spoiled evrything for today..I want my money back. As soon as possible..unless I vl go to consumers court.

There is no response from the company, they are not even answering calls. There is no way i can refund my money nor cancel the order.
                Flora India Order # KJ1143250 was cancelled on 14/11/2020.
                Flora India representative Mr. Sandeep Kumar wrote me an email on 20/11/20 asking for my bank details to refund Rs4050/- on account of the cancellation of the order # KJ1143250.
                But there is no response from them so far.

                    Regarding Order NO. Order No. JT2827 Rude attitude for not delivering the order It is the worst online service I have ever come across in my lifetime. On my wedding anniversary I had placed order for a flower basket and confirmed the order after receiving the confirmation that the flower will be delivery to my wife on 25th payment was made online and they debited the money with the confirmation email and SMS. But they fail to keep their promise and the flower basket was not delivered. When I called to customer care to confirm why the order not delivery as was committed, they were no one who took responsibility to attend the query. The response was very much in an abusive manner, worst and rude and there is no value for customer. They are so disgusting that they refuse to accept their fault. For all others who are reading this, please avoid floraindia.com or get prepared to spoil your day. They are a group of thieves and they will take all your hard earned money and will give you nothing. It is such a pity that we can’t sue them for this kind of day light robbery. I wish I should have done a research before placing the order as I could see many reviews in this site saying they are very poor at their service I’m writing a complaint to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India and will follow up on this.                       Hi All, I ordered a Flower basket for my wife as an Anniversary day gift. It was placed on 24th Nov. 2013 and was supposed to reach her on 25th Nov. 2013 with the money has been deducted from my account. They sent me the ’order confirmation’ and ’payment received’ emails. They didn’t deliver the order.
                      For all others who is reading this, please avoid floraindia.com or get prepared to spoil your day. They are a group of thieves and they will take all your hard earned money and will give you nothing. It is such a pity that we can’t sue them for these kind of day light robbery. I wish I should have done a research before placing the order as I could see many reviews in this site saying they are very poor at their service.

                        I live in australia and I have sent a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my sister in her In laws place after her wedding by FLORAINDIA. The flowers were delivered but not that I have ordered for. The irony was that they were delivered with the message as " happy birthday from some guys name" since my sister could not account for that boys name there was some tiff in her in laws place. The next day when I called expecting to hear her amused voice about the flowers I was really embarrassed by knowing what had happen due to my delivery. Now when I contacted the number given on the website, the man on the other side told me that he will see what has happened. Now I am waiting and have written several emails to them about my delivery but no body is responding. I am completely pissed off by their way of handling customer complaints. I have been sending gifts to India on every occasion and have used other services as well but have never came across such u professional people. I suggest every friend not to use their services as you may end up breaking someone's house due to their mistake.

                          I have placed an order (Order ID:JK7067) on 14-Feb-2013 at 10:13 AM. As per the notification on the website that the order may get delayed or would be deliver next day the order placed. But I have placed the order before that time limit. Paid the money 1000 by using payment getway used by the floraindia.com. Get the order confirmation. after placing the order tried to contact so many times to the number mentioned on the website, but every time call gets rejected by the other party. wrote many more mails to confirm that whether the would be deliver it on time or not, finally I wrote a mail in the 14-feb-13 night at 9:10 PM that from now onwards order will not be accepted if some come to deliver. On 15-Feb-2013 got a mail from floraindia.com that the order has been delivered. Mail wrote by Pooja Sharma.

                          Please help me to get my money back. I think floraindia is doing such fake business and just grab the money from the customer and do not respond the customer positevly.

                            floraindia.com is a FRAUD online company who promise flowers, cake etc delivery, dont buy there. I ordered flowers and cake for the valentines day and they did not deliver. I tried calling they dont receive and dont respond to emails but sit tight with your money. Here i am after paying a premium price for roses Rs. 800 alone and not having it delivered. Such occasions its not about money but to have the surprise and flowers to reach ontime and here they are who just take your money in the pretext of such occasion and CHEAT you.

                              Excellent Site to lure customers... It's my Mom's birthday today i.e. 25th Dec and never sent bouquets online. Googled and 'unluckily' came across this fooling website called Flora India.

                              They have spent all money only on their website designing and unfortunately not on their service and reputation... The site mentions 3-4 hrs delivery so i ordered it last evening 24th Dec 7PM considering that post noon delivery would be ok for me. Made online payment and relaxed.

                              It's now post 2pm and the bouquet didnt reach my Mom. I initiated an online chat now and the rep "Nitin" bluntly said to read delivery statement on the website which says we can't assure delivery time. He stated that it would reach by 7 pm !! Wow amazed by their services and over that with their customer interaction/service.

                              7pm means someone's birthday is nearly over and whats the fun to receive a bouquet then. Anyways im warning everyone not to go for these folks and order from someone better.

                              Unfortunately it was a quick decision and i couldnt consult my frendz/Mouthshut for their reviews which i now see are very pathetic.

                              DONT GO FOR IT PLEASE !!

The flowers were delivered after 8:00 PM on 14th Feb'12 and that too were mix of yellow and pink carnations in pathetic condition. The flowers were not fresh and were in no condition to gift someone. I am really disappointed because of their poor service. they didn’t deliver what was promised. We returned the flowers as and when were received. Also their customer care phone numbers India +91 9350.551.301, +91 9350.299.802 are not working.

                                I need refund as what you promised was not delivered. I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!

                                  Flora India does not understand that what they are dealing with is not just delivery of any commodity but it is feelings of people who are
                                  far from their near ones. Timeliness, quality & accuracy of delivery are very important.

                                  I had extremely bad experience with flora India. I did big mistake of trusting them delivering flowers and a soft toy on my wife’s Birthday. I ordered a day ahead. Next day I called them multiple times to ensure that delivery is done in time

                                  Called at 11:00 hrs: They confirmed it will be delivered by 17:00 Hrs
                                  Called at couple of times around 17:00 hrs they said it will be delivered surely

                                  View next photo | Delete Photoin half an hour
                                  Called couple of times around 18:00 hrs they said it will be delivered in 15 mins
                                  Called couple of times between 19:00 & 19:30 Hrs – they kept on avoiding the call. Finally I got an alternate number from a website and called them they said they will get back.
                                  Called them couple of times around 19:30 hrs they said boy is out for delivery
                                  Finally got a call at 19:58 hrs that ordered is delivered

                                  When I checked – I found that their delivery boy gave a bouquet and forgot to deliver the soft toy.

                                  The bouquet they have delivered is crappy and totally different from what I ordered. Photographs of what ordered and delivered are enclosed.

                                  When I called floraindia again instead of feeling sorry - they tried saying its a possible mistake they will send out soft toy next day.

                                  The whole day was ruined by floraindia. I demand refund of entire order amount and besides they should seriously do something to improve professionalism and take their business seriously.

                                    I recently made an online order with a delivery company in India to deliver flowers to my mother in Aluva town on her b'day on the 14th of july 2010. order no: GD2956. the order was placed as their website clearly mentions that Aluva and Alwaye(old name) are in their list of places where they deliver. on the date of delivery, in the afternoon they rang me up to inform that i need to pay them an extra Rs300 to deliver the flowers, as they do not have service in aluva. they had confirmed my order and deducted Rs.625 from my credit card account on the 13th of july. on searching online i can find that a lot of other people have made similar complaints against the same company. kindly do some thing to stop the bogus company so that no more people are cheated. i spoke to their representatives Pooja and Sachin. if necessary i have proofs that i can forward( like the emails confirming my order and a screenshot of their website mentioning the cities and their claims of free delivery all over india)

                                    it is the same case with me. dont believe these people. they have taken rs 625 and dint delver flowers. ans they say that the flowers have been already delivered. if i ask them the concerned persons number, they are not willing to give. this is all fake service

                                      I ordered a 'Black Forest' cake to delivered on Valentine's Day. I placed the order
                                      four days before Val Day. I came to know that they have delivered the wrong cake
                                      - some cheap black cake - from the recipient in spite of the advance notice.

                                      When I contacted customer service, they cited the substitution policy. I was never
                                      informed that they will be substituting the cake. I got to know from the recipient.
                                      If they had told me that delivering a 'Black Forest' cake is not possible, I would
                                      have ordered somewhere else.

                                      Save your money and stay away from this website.

                                        I booked an order for 14th Feb for Kolkata.
                                        But, the order was not delivered on 14th. and on 15th Feb noon time, i recvd mail that the order was delivered.
                                        On 15th Feb 8.30 pm the delivery man came delivered the order to address, to the neighbor without confirming that the person is present or not.
                                        Recipient left the city on same very day noon time. They claim that order is delivered. and we can not do anything.

                                          Through an online transaction I paid Rs 490 to floraindia.com on 1st Dec 2009 morning for delivering a bouquet at my in-laws residence in Guwahati. The detailed address and mobile number of the receipients were also given. They never received the bouquet, however, I got a mail from floraindia on 2nd December that the bouquet has been delivered on 2nd Dec. On call up and enquiring their service was very poor, I followed up with 4 to 5 phone calls but every time their executive would commit to call me back after getting the details and would never call back. Later on 3rd December night somebody called back and said they will get a refund done but no details given as to when and how it will be done.
                                          Online services are very popular across the world in India as is the case in most situations these type o[censored]nprofessionalism continue to exist. This time the amount I wasted was not very high, nonetheless, verp rupee has its value.

                                            I Placed an order for flower delivery through website on 23rd June for scheduled delivery of 26th June at 10.00am in Jorhat Assam, order no FC 5433. the order was processed online and payment was cleared. the website clearly advertises the following:


                                            All major credit cards accepted.
                                            Verisign secure payment gateway.
                                            Free Shipping all over India.
                                            Fresh Flowers are Hand Delivered.
                                            No extra or hidden charges.
                                            Orders for Sunday and Holiday also accepted, at no extra charges.
                                            Same day delivery in all major towns and cities of India.
                                            Hand picked fresh indian and exotic flowers at the best prices.

                                            i receive an email from the website's client servicing contact on 25th June evening, informing to pay additional Rs 300 as the area is not covered under their delivery reach.
                                            I responded to the person asking her the clarification on their claim of free shipping to all over india and that of no hidden or extra charge. however, the contact maintained that there were charges for the delivery.

                                            I received email at 1.00 pm on 26th June, to check with me if i was interested to pay and get the delivery done. clearly, i asked them to cancel order and refund my money. i was upset that the website and the company had let me down as i the delivery for my brother-in-law's birthday and the occassion was missed. the company was defiant of being at fault infact were empathyless to understanding consumers concern or the rightful promise made by them.

                                            the following is the trail of email communication.

                                            this is clearly a case of false advertising and misleading claims and then faltering on promise.such websites should be penalised and taught a lesson.

                                            I am the recent addition to the complain board for Florainda.com . Another occasion ruined because of them. I placed an order for Mother's Day and as their website claims "SAME DAY DELIVERY" is a total Bull ! Please save your time and money and do not place orders through them.

                                            P.S I wish I would have read all the reviews about them prior to placing the order. Lesson learned!

                                              I am told that you own & manage www.floraindia.com.I placed an order on 8th for delivery to be done on 9th.My Order numebr being FK7227.It was for my Mom's Bday.I started calling your helpline since 11 AM.I was kept on hold, disconnected ..continuosly given false assuarance by many ..Nitin, Pooja, Neha & so on...Finally I got through to another at 7:55 PM who said that all he can do is cancel my order & banged the phone on me.www.floraindia.com has screwed my entire day & the most imp this is the occasion that has been screwed.I have spent more than Rs 100 on phone calls & abt 9 hrs chasing your shameless team.I am keen to know your take on this.

                                              they are pathatic, they spoiled my day i have selected them for my parents wedding anniversary. they didnot delivered the order on the day, before making the order i have asked them wether they can deliver it not, they said yes, but didnot deliver.

                                              I suggest you not to use the website for the gifts, they will spoil the day. they are cheats, do frauds.

                                              Samuel has mentioned what ever I wanted to say, , , , I too placed a custom order and paid Rs.1250/- Bouquet I received at 3.30PM after a huge chase that too a wrong bouquet and with 12 flowers compared to my order of 36 flowers, I am cheated by their service.

                                              I sent so many email and keep calling STD calls. at least Samuel can say he spent 100 rupees on phone, I don't know How much I spent over phone. Not only that they avoid my call, when they see my number.

                                              We should join together to stop them from this business.

                                              I am already in touch with my solicitors and all other options to sue them. I also spoke to my friend who is working in Commissioner of Police office on this.

                                              I requested a refund, if they say No, I have my way to collect it back. not only that I seeking legal options to stop them in this business.

                                              I have used the website www.floraindia.com (Order No: GK3102) to send flowers to India towards Wishing My wife On the occasion of Valentine's day. I have also checked in the website to make sure that my destination location, i.e. Nellore is in their delivery locations. I have placed the order On 8-feb-10 and On the same day I have received a mail saying that my order has been confirmed and it is under process.

                                              Herewith I am attaching all the mails that I have receive from this website.

                                              Finally on Feb 12th I have received a mail from saying that they can't process my order as Nellore is not in their delivery areas. My feeling are really hurt with this kind of reply from them. I am in US currently on a short business trip, I thought I could wish my wife on this special occassion. They really ruined my sentiments. I don't want to let it go un noticed and another innocent person suffer due to these kind of cheap trick playing websites.

                                              Kindly process my request and make sure that they are punished in some or other manner so that they will not repeat this kind of mistakes.

                                              Am also a victim of floraindia .Very worst customer team and false commitments.I have ordered one strabery cake for my dad birthday.And i given delivery date one day before birthday .They have delivered a normal low cost cake on birth day at night.Don't do any transaction in these type bloody service providing sites.
                                              I sent rakhi to my brother by floraindia as a surprise, they didn't delivered the rakhi all day. On august 24, 9pm someone called my brother and asked him to come and pick up the parcel from the bus stop. I don't understand why you guys deduct the payment for full service which you never provide.

                                              To tell you the least, it's damn pathetic. Floraindia is minting so much money from us and in terms of service they are ZER0. They sent a cheap cake from the most ordinary bakery in town, and on top of that the cake was completely spoilt in the box. It got deshaped, in short it was upside down in the box.

                                              Flora India does not understand that what they are dealing with is not just delivery of any commodity but it is feelings of people who are far from their near ones. Timeliness, quality & accuracy of delivery are very important.

                                              I had extremely bad experience with flora India. I did big mistake of trusting them delivering flowers and a soft toy on my wife's Birthday. I ordered a day ahead. Next day I called them multiple times to ensure that delivery is done in time

                                              Called at 11:00 hrs: They confirmed it will be delivered by 17:00 Hrs
                                              Called at couple of times around 17:00 hrs they said it will be delivered surely in half an hour
                                              Called couple of times around 18:00 hrs they said it will be delivered in 15 mins
                                              Called couple of times between 19:00 & 19:30 Hrs – they kept on avoiding the call. Finally I got an alternate number from a website and called them they said they will get back.
                                              Called them couple of times around 19:30 hrs they said boy is out for delivery
                                              Finally got a call at 19:58 hrs that ordered is delivered

                                              When I checked – I found that their delivery boy gave a bouquet and forgot to deliver a soft toy.
                                              The bouquet they have delivered is totally different and crappy from what I ordered. Photographs of what ordered and delivered are enclosed.

                                              When I called floraindia again instead of feeling sorry - they tried saying its a possible mistake they will send out soft toy next day.

                                              The whole day was ruined by floraindia. I demand refund of entire order amount and besides they should seriously do something to improve professionalism and take their business seriously.

                                              I also share the same experience with the others who have raised this complaint.
                                              Floraindia is a completely unprofessional company, who takes the customers for granded. I ordered flowers for my wife for the occasion of Valentines day. I had to depend on them as an other portal i booked flowers cancelled the order last minute.I ordered the flower on 14thFeb12 at 2:23Am and got the confirmation that i would recieve the flowers the same day. The payment was confirmed.
                                              Except the confirmation email i didnt recieve any emails/phone calls regarding the delivery. I tried reaching the number specified on their site, i think the others are lucky for whom somebody atleast resonded the calls made. In my case the phone was not even ringing.
                                              I emailed several times to "Pooja Sharma", who should be prevented from doing any business in her life time, not got any response. I even wrote to her that i would raise this with the customer grievence cell to see her response. But whatever i did not made her write back to me.
                                              I wants the money to be paid back to me as the service was not provided, and i have registered a complaint against them in the consumer court, and will follow up with this case even i have to spend more money than what i have top get from them. I dont want any more customers to be taken for granted.
                                              I strongly recomment to all of the people who are looking for a feedback against "www.FloraIndia.com" not to depend on this particular providers as you are not sure how much money you may waste and you feel frustrated for lot of reasons.
                                              I agree with everything written here. I sent a bouquet costing 590 to my husband yesterday on 12/3/2012. Order number being IL1250. They delievered a normal bunch of roses which is not the same as what i ordered. My husband is allergic to roses thats why i ordered diffrent flowers.Besides, cheating they had also spoiled our day.

                                              I am also victim of floraindia. I paid more for such a poor service. I called them the whole day to track the delivery. I got really frustrated and was literally crying waiting for the cake and bouquet (ordered) to surprise my husband. The product was delivered in the late evening and wasn't the same that had been ordered. They just spoiled our beautiful occasion.
                                              I got a mail today from Floraindia.com that the area I mentioned for delivery is not in there service area. This is after when I had confirmed the pin code with customer care and the customer care guy said that they do have service in the area.
                                              Now the only option they have offered is to keep the order on hold. How can they take an order if they know that they don't have a service in that area? This is utterly outrageous.
