Hi,
I booked flowers and cake delivery from floralgiftstoindia.com on 24th May 2014. Online transaction to ID : 538b38d64a7f48f715ca. I have did not receive the goods nor the refund of money till now. I have called them atleast 30 times. Most of times they don't pick up the call, disconnect it or give very arrogant reply.
Please help....

The services provided at this site/company is pathetic. This is the
first time I have used this site. Before placing the order I had spoken
to people at call center number +91 [protected] and +91
[protected] of Floral Gifts To India on yesterday (12 April 2014) and after getting assurance
from them that cake will be delivered before 9 pm on 12th April 2014, I placed the order.
But the order(cake) never...
