Foreign Post Office Mumbai Complaints & Reviews

A person named SUKANTA KUMAR SAHA from this company contacted me to buy my old coins. First he took 2100 rs for registration fees then agsin he took 7250 for procesding fees but did not but my old coins. According to him the market price of my old coins is 14 lakh rs. He randomly took money from me but not credited the amount in to my acvount. Now he is asking for Rs 14600 again and randomly calling me and messaging me. I want my money back asap . I ordered a product from aliexpress, paid rs.1650 appx online. The delivery was free & previously whenever i ordered anything i got it delivered free by the post, only that the product was always less than rs.500. This time when the package came via post, the postman said that i will have to pay rs.1550 & only then can i take the package. I had to pay rs.1550. This is completely unacceptable. So if your package is worth less then they will not charge you or you might not receive the package altogether. But in case if it's expensive, they loot you. I ended up paying double of what the product is worth.

My son Kunal Lanjewar , 1535N Las Palmas Ave, Apt 25 Hollywood, callifornia, 90028 USA, sent me a registerd parcel carrying used items, one samsung galaxy tab pc, one apple g4 cellphone,one noia expres phone, one som cutter, 2 cell phone battris, was initially weighing 1700 grams. The said parcel is checked and varified by foreign post office on 22 feb 2012 with custom duty Rs 5029/- and sent it to Nagpur GPO, when I went to Nagpur GPO on 25 th feb to collect the parcel, I demand to do the wt. Head post master done its wt. which was found only 690 grms. instead of 1700 grms. I surprised and fear that items inside may missing. so that i refused to take the delivery and file a written complaint to GPO nagpur, and demanded inquiry. Also I file a complaint to assistant director foreign post office mumbai by email on 28th feb 12.
Its my demand to get me back all items and to save me from wealth loss of approximate 75000 Rs/-.

This is to inform you that the Ballaed pier foriegn post has now become White Collared Robbers using the govertment powers a criminaly is booked under the provision of law but these people are free i had a horrible experince once again to begin with i am anceint indian coins collector i had order one udaipur
coin from ausralia which was despacthed on 5th August it never reached me on 25th august i really
got worried and called the seller he said he had despatched to this i said how come it did not reach me
when he send it by registered post? then i thought maybe its lying with Ballrd pier forigen post and
called them on 27aug yes i was right after repeated calls they confessed that they had my coins prior to this the coins was lying with them for more then 2 week's but they send no letter intimating they have my coin in thier posession.honestly i fell this is an attempt to rob you in a systematic way after months pass and there are no claims then they might be putting this
in thier pockets or carrying it in thier homes this malpractice is being carried out since years because no one has made any complaint whatsoever against them.On 4 previous ocassions they have detained my coin but late released it after i payed the duty but this time one Ms naik was checking the books and said we have to do some dicussion regarding your coin i said why do u need to do that? when on past 4 ocassions your office has released the coin taking the duty now why? to this she had no answer and kept on looking at books why do they employee such officials with lack of knowledge? when Lakhs of able youth are unemployed in our country? further more she said all you youth are lazy and Useless(Nalayak) want everything fast all of you should be whipped(CHAPKYA NE FODLE PAHEZE) and all youth means i am also included that was it enough my pride was hurt this is not the
language to be used while converstion she might have said this unintentionally but she said it as we say that once a bullet leaves a gun it cannot be called back what she said is smilar and so after office hours i went to Crawford market and i have made a F.I.R agaisnt her the cops were nice enough to do that as they understood my pain how can she say useless(nalayak)? without knowing a persons backgroud could she have said this to some senior police inspector? or a politician? the answer is No cause she might have lost her job on the spot but we as citizens have no value here in india we all are treated like trash sumtimes this is a difficult country to live day by day our anceint kings and heads were 1000 times better then this people it was said jehangir had a bell outside his palace and anytime anyone could ring it and make a complaint against the highest govt official and the emperor would take suitable action for this reason everyone was afarid to take bribes or do injustice but now all is a mess anybody does anything without any fear whatsoever today she used such unparlimentary Language tommrow
this employess will take a stick and start to beat you ohh yes that can happen too if timely action is not taken all have to unite under one room and form a org and take them up to the Court then only then can the system improve when there will be a judicial inquire in this matter for this i need all the troubled to take up this cause in your life and fight for justice and lets see what your country and the able people can give us against this non-performing and evil foregin post people may god save this country and its people from such anarchy or else one day the doomesday will come near.
Youth is the future of our nation and the indian cricket team is full of youth not 50+ senior citizens.
Those willing to make a change and those people who have been a Victim of harresment in the
past can call me or mail me we have to file a case against them in the court i shall contact my
lawyer today and find out what legal action can be taken agaist this office and its people.
i need names of all you people and signatures and nature of complaint always remeber one thing
unity is the greatest strenght if we have numbers they officals will be brought to justice or suspended
in the preceeding weeks

myself as a active and responsible citizen has decided to take the officials of videsh
dak bhavan (customes postal department) for thier negligence of duty and harrasment of thier customers
at all levels i have seen so many people have been troubled and traumatized by the foregin customs postal department charging random fees as high has 50%on the goods without following any rules
whatsoever myu email is [protected]@yahoo.com my plan is to submit and petetion and file
a case through my lawyer in the court of law for this i would need 20-50 such troubled people for
my refrence and to prove my point and we can also shortlist the employees specifically those who
think that this lethargic officers should be thought a lesson through our judicial systems please email me for futher action

As a responsible and honest citizen of india who takes pride and honour in our culture buys anceint coins from us or uk but how a innocent person like me and many other are absoultely harrased is this so called developing country ill will let u know in the preceeding paragraph for a particular coin i was called in the customs dept for its delivery first of all they are not sure wether to release this coin then i asked them to call ASI(archecelogical servery of india)and they said its perfectly legal after this they charged me 30% when i said u can send back this coin suddenly
the madams mood changed and i was charged 15% this is the law of our country and we are living under this people what a shame i feel ashamed of myself living in thie country and i regret each day so the charge depends on thier mood i[censored] smile the charge is 15% i[censored] protest the charge is 30% is this some kind of joke?after charging 15% they realised the coin and the assitant told me your lucky madams mood is good so tommrow our fate in this country is going to be decided by sumones mood this is africa we cant even say its developing my latest situtaion is i hav stopped buying any coins a person like me is trying to get our heritage back but they the postal dept and yes i can name them also if you are legally taking them up some has to do something other wise we will meet a sorry fate on day my latest sisituaion is one coin was gifted me around rs 60000 for this they have charged a duty of 2800rs my god i dont know what to say but i can say on this i curse this ppl from bottomof my heart and a god fearing person like me and pious the curse really will come into effect
