On 14 th June 2021 I uploaded my Resume on quiker jobs and I got a call that online form filling jobs. One a guy call me and give some information and I gave to him and I received another call for approving the agreement. I approved it and they send me an agreement with my name and address. When I started the work I found that it's absolutely nonsense work. In the agreement they saying that If I don't do the work I need to pay an amount of 5500 for penalty or otherwise they will do legal action against me.

I applied in Quikr ...they connected and said for fom filling 1200 forms will give 30, 000 in 8 days ...I also accepted ...then they asked adhar card ...made sign a contract agreement for 11 months yesterday...now that lady is not replying to me for asking doubt...so searched in Google about that website...come to know that is fraud ...if I didnt complete means need to pay amount to them ...if they ask for money means how to deal with them...please help me and give ideas how to deal with them

I applied on quikr for the data entry job
form filling company called me and told me the job details.
Data entry of 1000 forms .900 forms should be accurate.
Salary offered by them rs. 20000/- out of which they will charge rs. 5500/- as registration charge.
If the work is not accurate or not submitted on time i have to pay the registration fees of rs. 5500/-
the company belongs to gujrat.
The data they gave me doesnt look like a proper data.
I did approx 150 forms and then i enquired about the company on google and found out it is a fake company.
I have not paid any amount yet.
They are threatening for court case if i dont pay the registration fees.

I was looking out for a work from home job during this pandemic. On the 12th of august 2020, i got a call form a person who had offered me an online data entry job.

He told me that i would have to fill up 1, 000 forms in 10 days and had offered me a salary of 20, 000/- rs. He also told me that 5, 500/- rs utility fees would be deducted form the salary.
When i asked him for his address, he told me his official address was eps enterprise, 7/1-c meher colony, nr akruti hall, vapi gujarat.
His contact number is : [protected]. If more than 100 forms were filled wrong, i would have to pay 5, 500/- rs from my pocket. Out of 1, 000 forms atleast 900 forms (90%) had to be filled out
Had to be filled correctly. Then i got a call form an unknown number: [protected] and i was told by the person above not to give any negative reply while having a conversation.
I agreed to do the job and the concerned person told me to send my id proof on whatsapp to him for verification
On the next day they send me the work url along with a fake government agreement and it's authenicity could not be verified at that moment.
They told me to install an agreement app on my smartphone and sign on that page.

The second person involved in this scam is an unknown person again. She refused to reveal her name.
Her contact number is: [protected]. This number is disguised as the company's helpline contact number.

I started doing the work assigned to me from the next day and the data that had to be filled up was senseless.
It had personal details of people from america. Details like contact number, salary and addresses.
I completed the task with full commitment in the stipulated time frame (I took 9 days to complete the task) that was given by them. After submitting the work,
An encrypted pdf document file was saved on my computer which i could not access. Within 24 hours they sent me a text message
With a link that i clicked on and thereafter i found out that my qc report had failed with 150 entries gone wrong. This was a trick done
By their fake software to reduce the accuracy below 90%
I tried several times to contact the person who had referred me to this job but he did not answer my call.
On the 26th of august, 2020 i got a threatening call from a unknown woman, that claims to be an advocate from delhi,
In the email threat that she sent, her name was given as adv. Meera jain with details bar counselling id: dh3547/2000, chamber no 115, block no 05.
Her email id was: [protected]@gmail.com and her contact number is [protected]. She threathened me to pay 8, 900/- rs penalty via email which was not
Specified in that fake agreement. She gave me only half an hour to make the payment and said that within half an hour if i would not pay, they would take legal action on me.
I negotiated with her and finally she said to pay only 5, 500/ - rs. Out of fear i payed 5, 500/-rs through the qr code payment methods that this fake advocate had sent me on whatsapp.
After paying the penalty amount of 5, 500/- rs, i asked her to verify my payment. Instead of verifying my payment,
She send me a text message on whatsapp that said "dear concern, i shane kevin rudyard barrett declared that i have cleared the utility
And maintainance charges/legal charges to the formfilling rs 5, 500/- on 26th august, 2020 date for i agreed that i have no objection in future towards the company"
She told me to copy this message and send it to her. Later this fake advocate says that the fake agreement was made for 11 months.
She asked me if i'm interested in working further, i said no. Then she says you will need to pay the penalty for the remaining
10 months. I refused having any further conversation with her thereafter. From that time i'm getting continous threathening calls,
Sms messages and emails. They have even threathened to send legal notices to my residence address. Today, 28th august, 2020 i got a call from the noc
Department saying that the company has made a noc complaint on me. They are mentally harressing me regularly and threathening me
Even after paying money. Please help me as this harrassment is affecting my day to day life mentally and physically.

I was looking for part time job. Yesterday (12/08/2020) i got an unknown phone call from female executive (No. +[protected] part time online form filling job, she gave me company name as unique solutions formfilling.
Work profile1000 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 20, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no. +[protected] said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received whatsapp form that girl
She sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department sakshi mehta (Varification. [protected]@gmail.com) mail done i was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with formfilling company with my signature but the signature was digital and stamp on agreement has date 8 jan2020 and i had communicated with them today so why stamp has date of january on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.

Today i contacted helpline numbers[protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 5500/- for cancellation.

On today (28/08/2020) they sent me illegal notice on my mail. They sent me notice by email id [protected]@gmail.com and sent me messege by what's app also.
The whats nomber is +[protected]. They give me the warring if i don't pay the ammount they will file the case against me in the court and they will send me court notice.
Please help me to out from this fraud company.

I have submitted a complain on 2nd aug in regard that i have get in the trap of job scam of which i come to know after watching vedios and this site. When i searched their adress there are lots of complain which are already registered here.

My name is tushar and i'm from delhi. Sir recently my sister "preeti" was searching for some part time jobs on qikrr jobs. She uploaded her resume on there site. On 27th july 2020, she received a call from company named formfilling and they asked her that are you interested, she said yes. Then they told her there conditions like-
I had to fill 1000 forms in next 10 days for which they will pay me 20, 000. Rs. And out of that they will take 5500 for there utility amount. And they said me that i have to fill forms with the 90% accuracy and they will only allow 100 mistakes in 1000 forms.
She agreed to there conditions.
Then they sent her a link which was of an app in which they asked her to do signature and she did that and then they asked her for an id proof for which she gave them driving license on whatsapp.
After an hour they sent her an email in which there was an agreement and her name was written on it with the conditions that she have to pay them 5500/- for leaving the company also and she have to pay them for 11 months. They frightened her in the name of legal actions. She was shocked and called to their helpline number and they said that
"we cant do anything. You have to pay us money otherwise we will take legal actions against you. We will sue you on the base of agreement.

My sister got afraid she paid them rs. 16110 in four different installments. When i got to know all this i searched about that company and found all these complaints and the type of fraud these guys are committing.

Now when we are asking them for cancellation, clearance of matter and refund of my money they are saying that" you have to pay 10, 010 for cancellation.

Please kindly help me to get my refund and clearance of this matter.

I have done an agreement with form filling company . I am not agreed with their terms and conditions .so, I have sent an reply email to them .they didn't responded to it still saying that u have not submitted onntime work . actually I didn't started working and denied the offer it self .they are demanding money..

Dear madam/sir i got a phone call from form filling company they told me about the forms online work they told me u have to complete 1000 forms in 10 days we consider 90% accuracy after that we will give you a 20000 salary and also they told i considered completed your work before 10 days u will check your wrong doing forms then i agree with them then they send me one agreement to mail they took my aadhar photo through whats up in that agreement i considered fail ur job u have to 5500 penalty is they mentioned then i agree with them and i started my work i completed my work in 8 days then i called to them they told me u will check your forms and the forms are continued then i will do again after completion of my work i called them they phone is switch off than after i call the help line number they told.in ur forms work u got 92% but u didn't complete your final submission. but, actually i submitted my work, they told that so ur not eligible for payment u have to pay penalty of rs 5500. I explained every thing but they are messaging me your case is filed. So please solve my problem.

He given 1000forms to fill so I will do fill forms by typing he said the rules company u must work 90%of the work in 10days I completed in 7days so i[censored] wrong typing in forms we have to pay 5500rs so I agreed for that I completed work so later correction of forms I failed in that so some fraud has happen in that. After later I gotcall from one advocate he said that to pay 12550rs so I paid another time he called u must pay 22590 rs told so i paid I have another again he called regarding ur agreement u have to pay 30000rs like that told I told that I have no money I said he no listening to me and calling every day and saying u must pay otherwise ur life was spoil. I got a call on 5th july from unknown person ([protected]) he told me that they have form filling job for me and will pay rs20 per correct form. But if i failed to do so after agreement i will need to pay rs 5500 to the company as a penalty charges. I agreed to him than he asked me for aadhar card photo front and back after that he forwarded me an apk of some application and asked to me install it and than sign on it. After some time i received a call from a girl she told that i will receive a call from company as a confirmation call where i have to say yes that i will work. Than i received a call i agreed to them. Some hours later i received an agreement i saw the agreement and as i didn't had much knowledge about the agreement formats i thought there's nothing to worry. Than after 3-4 hrs later i received a link of website where i need to fill forms, username and password. Then i started filling form by 14th july 2020 in night i completed my 1000 forms and rechecked them with the screenshots i clicked during filling the form than next after rechecking i had submitted the task by afternoon. On 16th july 2020 i got a mail that my qc report has been generated when i logined i saw a message im red says that my qc report has failed. Then i went through all forms they marked as wrong by comparing the screenshots i already had, i found that they have intentionally did some changes in the forms they marked wrong and printed as my mistakes. So i called on their helpline no [protected] they told to mail on helpline email helpline. [protected]@gmail.com after doing that they sent me message to call on helpline no again and get the query solved. Than i mailed them again and after some time i got call from their helpline no i informed them about the problem they told that it is auto generated qc report so in counter i told them that i will send them a mail with the screenshots and then check it. After that there was no reply from them. Next day on 17th i got a call from a person he presented himself as advocate of the company and his name he told me as adv. Mayur joshi ([protected]) he told me that company has filled complain against me under act of 1996, article 14 and i need to pay them penalty of 5500. Than he continues and say that if you want to close this i need to pay total 8500 and he will help me to close this agreement permanently with noc but i didn't had money so i told him that i can't pay and he told okay than i need to come to gujarat court to resolve the case. I said okay. After that today on 22nd july an another advocate called me he told his name as adv. Sidharth sharma ([protected]) he is calling from vapi civil court for the confirmation of my address as he is going to send a summoned to my near by police station and i need to come to court. I said okay. Than i called him again to know the address and name of the company he told that every thing is on the agreement i told him no it is not mentioned on that and a company has a proper name after some argument he gave me the address as rua martin, alfonso fort, moti, daman-diu which is completely different from the address mentioned in the agreement i have the recording of all the calls they made to me. Now the situation for me is critical as i can't absorb so much pressure. I want somebody to help me. I can't inform my parents as i am afraid and worried. Please help me. I can prove that i have filled more than 950 forms correctly.

I had completed the work with in the time but they said work was not completed. company doesn't informed me about that, but I got calls from some numbers saying that they are calling from aurangabad district court and civil COURT and asking for money

I was looking for an online job. This company or a bunch of people asked for my id proof for registration process. They made a fake agreement. I had a doubt seeing that agreement. Then i looked for that company on internet too see it it exist or not. I didnt find anything. So i looked to see if there were any complaints regarding that company. I know they will call me after 10 days for the money and i know what i am going to do 😂

Fake compny ke nam pr data entry ka job offer karte hai, aur farzi agreement banate hai aur fir farzi casu karne ki dhamki dete hai. mere sath bhi esa hi hua hai na maine agreement pe sign kiya hai or na hi mujhe agreement padhne ko mila or to or signature ke jagah mera nam laga diya. wo bhi kore kagaj pe. jo ki mujhe bina bataye ye sab kiya gya. please mere help kariye.

Few days back i had received a call from a girl regarding data entry job on online. They explained how to do form fill ups and for each form fill up i will get rs. 20 with zero registration fee. They shared a app link and asked to put signature and share any id proof. I shared that and signed on that. Then suddenly i saw i received a agreement in my mail.in that legal paper the date was 8th jan 2020 with mentioning my name and adrress. When i asked that girl why this agreement are they going to charge, then she said this is nothing no need to worried they are doing this as a target to finish by 10 days. I successfully completed all works by 10 days then did the final submission then after 2 days they said qc report fail. That girl is not responding to calls and sms now. I received an email from from any jayesh desai saying himself as legal officer sending email as first time intimation charging section 73-75 against me and stating legal action will be taken against me. They are using multiple gmail accounts.

Please consider this issue on serious basis and legal action should be taken as there are many people who had come in their trap and may be suffering by paying the money to these frauds.

Kindly anyone suggest me what to do.

They are also sending me emails to pay rs 8600 to them. Other wise they will go to court and take legal action.

I the person who called me was a woman named keny roy m. N. [protected]. She told me that i will receive an i. D. And password if i join and after that fill 900 forms in 9 days after submission of all filled forms they will send me qc report in which the number of correct and not correct forms will be mentioned. I will get 25 rupees for each correct form and i will have to make accuracy of 1100 correct forms then the registration amount of rupees 4600 will be deducted from my final payment of 22500rupees if i do not get the accuracy of 810 forms i will have to pay 4600 as registration fees. I joined they requested me for my id proof and i gave the photo of my driving license and passport sized photo they sent me an message on whatsapp containing link of an app for signing the agreement which i did. I received an email and filled all the forms on with 100% accuracy because i was checking my each filled form three times after filling so there were no chances of mistake. But in the qc report i found that there were more than forms were mistaken and red marked that i was not expecting at all. Regarding this i tried to tell their helpline numbers and the person who call me for joining but everybody's call is out of reach. I got a call from their advocate and he is forcing me to pay 4600 rupees otherwise he will go legally. Please help me

My name is Rajini as I received call from form filling, they said no need to pay any money in 9 day u will earn 20000 after getting Ur first salary we will cut 4900 from salary and took my I'd proof and address, they gave me 900 form as I completed 900 forms in 9 days but they said Ur QC is failed u should pay 4900 other wise will send you legal notice

I got a job offer from a fake form filling website called from filling. They did not have their company website and they asked me to enter forms in http://onlinetask.in/Customer/Default.aspx.They were using gmail ids for all communications, the agreement was that if i fail to submit the work, i will have to pay rs.5200 as the company maintenance fees. The work given to me seemed pretty simple and it was offering a handsome amount of ₹. 20000 in 10 days. I am sure that the company is fake because i am mail that provides me detail of your company still not responding me.. I will send you the contact details and you can assess it yourself. Am i liable for any legal action?

Uni services is a fraud company. They call me for part time work of form filling. They took my adhar card photos. After few day i got a call for data entry typer she told me she will do all my work 7rs per form, i give her contract to do that. I took money from me around 9, 500rs.
When i submit the work immediately next day i got a call of advocate o[censored]ni services he told me i have two choices first is to pay amount of 5200rs to companies or see u in court.
The cheated me very badly.
