They have given a job of data entry. They said that I have to complete 1000 form in 10 days and they will pay 20rs per form i.e 20, 000 as my salary.When I accepted there there offer they have sended me an app link said me insatlll it and write my name on it. when...

My name is Gaurav Pandey and i'm from Mumbai. Sir i was searching for some part time jobs on quikr jobs. 1st call received on 27. July 2020 They asked me that are you interested for formfilling work. I said them yes they told me there conditions like
I had to fill 1000 forms in next 10 days for which they will pay me Rs 20, 000. and told me they will not charge any amount. And they said me that i have to fill forms with the 90% accuracy and they will only allow 100 mistakes in 1000 forms.
I agreed to there conditions.
Then they sent me a link which was of an app in which they asked me to do signature in app and i did that and then they asked me for my aadhar card which i gived them on whatsapp. On no.
After an hour they sent me an email in which there was an agreement. But charges showing in aggrement. I was shocked. Because they was speaking no charges for this work. And call to him on no. I spoke to him please cancel this aggrement i don't want do this work. But he spoke pay 5500/- for (28 july 2020) for cancellation and 8 august 2020 threatening that your case has been registered in court & speaking court notice will reach on your address in 72 hours and continue calling to me for money & threatening of court and sir i don't have money to pay them

I am Sudheksha Rajaram, on July 2020 I received a random call from Unique solution asking if I'm ready to work for them for form filling job which was for 10 days and they sent me a apk link in my mail asking me to install the app and before even asking me to go through the agreement they asked me to write my name on a screen which is not my official signature. After this they asked my adhaar card copy for registration.Then there was a username and password given to me thorough mail in which I was asked to work for ten days completing 1000 forms in which unique number, name, contact number, postal address, monthly salary should be filled copying the image given there. I did complete the work in ten day and submitted it. Adding to this I have screenshots of all 1000 form that I did complete. After 2 days of my work completion, I received my QC report failed and a call from so called advocate asking me to pay the penalty threatening me stating that person who fails to pay the amount will be charged a case against them.

They mentioned Rs 5500 as the penalty amount in the agreement, but the problem was they asked me to pay Rs. 7089 as extra charges for which I was given only half an hour to make my payment. Once after the payment I was asked to send the screen shot and asked to copy a message that they sent me and send it back to them. Here I have attached the the message that I copied and sent.

Completing this then I again had a call from the same advocate asking me to continue the work for next 11 months and they also implied a rule that next time if the qc fails the independent contractor ( which is the person who is agreeing to work) should come there to Gujarat and pay an appropriate amount of Rs. 150000 for which I denied and asked them to terminate my agreement and the account for which they stated that the independent contractor must pay the amount of Rs. 25500 for the termination which was not mentioned in the agreement. For this termination of the agreement and the payment I was given only 1 hour of time and was also threatened for the payment if not I was asked to come there to Gujarat to the facing the consequences. As I am a UPSC aspirant I was scared that it would affect my career and made the payment within 45 mins assuming that I will get rid of this problem. They sent me a message which I have to copy and send them again. I also gave the same message here.

After this process I wanted to know if the procedure is done, but unfortunately no. I was told that only 90% of the process is completed in the termination. I was again called up and asked to come there to Gujarat to sign in the documents for the next consecutive six months I tried explaining them that due to COVID no one will be allowed anywhere their response was "that is your problem ma'am " Then I enquired them about the digital sign option for which they asked me to pay Rs. 18120 . I felt stupified and I asked them the reasons for me to pay the money they threatened me again for money for which I was saying no and and they stated the a police case is being opened here in the court and I have to come there to Gujarat for the futher procedures.

Inspite on telling me that only 90% of the procedure is completed they sent me a mail that your agreement has been terminated and there is no objections between company and you in the future. This was done only after I say I am going to sue a complaint against them in consumer complaints.

Then again the next day I got a text message from BH-SMSHLP stating that I'm penalized under Indian penal code 420 for performing an action of fraud and agreement breach. The message also stated that under the act 73, 74 a report of the complaint will be sent the address within 72 hours and the message also had a mobile number to which I have to contact a public prosecutor who the same Advocate who contacted earlier.

I did contact him after Reasearching about the company completely through which I found it's was a FRAUD company and asked them about the address and the details for which he stammered to answer and also said that I'm going to sue a case ma'am so you can do what you want I replied them do it.

Note : the date I started working was 29th July 2020 but the date mentioned in the agreement was 08 January 2020 on which I was a minor and was not eligible to sign a agreement officially according to the Indian Constitution.

Every numbers which they called me was spamed in truecaller for your verification I attached all the numbers and the screenshots of all the details.

After that when I started the work I found it fake, as it was having senseless details to fill.

Then I mailed then and said that I am quitting the Job right now. And will not pay u anything.

Then a call clame and said that u have canceled our work and now u have to pay 60, 000 or we will fill an case against u in Delhi court.

Then on 10 August 2020 I got a message on my WhatsApp no. That I am the advocate of formfilling company. There is a Case against u in Delhi court now u have to pay 1, 20, 000 or make settlement or other wise we will see u at the court.

Now sir please help me. I am 18 year old and Now I am very depressed. Also thinking to suicide.😓😓😓

The above mentioned number person called me and he say you will get a verification call and u won't obuse them say ok and he also say to me they will tell if you not complete the work within given days you need to pay 5500 but mam its for only north people not for andhra pradesh so you ignore it don't make a situation just say ok so then i got a verification call so she spoke in hindi i say i don't know hindi can you please speak in english then she spoken in english as he say so i say ok i agree then i got a mail as appointed then he called me you will get a id and password in mail and you have to work in our company website and he also mentioned you will get in spam messages, he also mentioned if you have any doubt call me so the i didn't get any mail so i asked him and call him i got the phone was switched off so after 1day he replied and he given an i'd and password but when i login i got error so immediately i messaged him he didn't reply and the phone was switched off so i waited for 4days and i call him it was switched off so i thought it was fake. Yesterday which means 10th august 2020 i got a call from another member he is saying your not submitted the work you have to pay 10500 then we will terminate you otherwise you have to pay 7400 to continue your work i say ok and he send me message in whatsapp i will proceed legally and all he saying and i also said i will also proceed legally send me more details of your company but he didn't send me any replies but i got a mail from advocate associate in the mail they send some pdf regarding payments i have all proofs.

I was looking for part-time jobs and quikr and i applied to some of the data entry jobs. After 10 minutes i received a call from [protected] on whatsapp his name is rahul. He is the one who told me about the work and sent me a demo form. He told me that the goal was to finish 1, 000 forms in 10 days, i asked him what if i am not able to finish 1, 000 pages? Will i get paid for the work that i have done and he said yes. Then he asked me for my aadhar photo front and back and i sent it to him. After some time he sent me some documents which i was not able to open. So i told him about it and he said or this is only for andriod. I told him that i don't have any android devices. He said no worries and told me to write my name on a piece of paper and send it to him. So i did that and on the agreement form, they used this as my signature. He never asked me for my signature but just used this digital photo as a signature. Sometime later i receive a call from a lady and she says that i have to pay 5, 500 i asked her if i do not meet the requirement or if i finish like 500 pages she says you will still have to pay. So i cut the call and i go back to the part when rahul said yes and now i see that the message has been deleted. So i called rahul and asked him about it and he told me this is just for people from bihar not for uttrakhand people and he told me to say yes to the work so i did that.

After an hour or so i received an email from confirmation. [protected]@gmail.com and it is an agreement form. It says that "if your work is not submitted or failed then you have to pay 5500 rs as utility and maintenance charges." but i never agreed to these terms they just used the photo i sent them as my signature and rahul told me something else. Even on the agreement form the date is the 8th of january but i agreed for tis work on the 30th of july. After i got the mail from this company i kept on trying to contact rahul but he never kicked up the call or replied to my messages. I even tried to contact the helpline number given in the agreement form but no one picked up the call.

I hope that you try and help me here because they are asking me for money now. I will attach the screenshots of these conversations with rahul and the agreement form as well.

I said yes then they asked for my adhar copy, bio data etc. Then they sent me a link via whatsapp to download an application. I installed that app and they told me to digitally sign on it. Later i received an agreement on mail saying that i need to fill 1000 forms in 10 days. Also stated that if i failed to submit /didnt achieve 90% accuracy, i have to pay them money!
Later i realized that the company is fraud and they already cheated a lot of people.
But now after 10 days, on 10/08/2020 i got a mail from an advocate saying that the company is going to file a suit against me. I also received threatening calls from the company {[[protected]]this was the number which they used to threaten me.}
Please help me to get out of this trap sir.

I am priyanka. I applied work from home jobs online. One day a person sent wasapp message that he saw my profile and he will give me work. I asked do i need to pay amount. But they said i don't need to pay amount, but i need to sign an agreement with them. That agreement states that if failed to submit the work with in given period i need to pay them rs 5500 as registration fee, but if i submitted the work with in the given time they will deduct the amount from my payment. At first i got afraid and called the person said that i'm afraid i may not be able to complete the work. I need to pay the money, but in current situation i don't even have a single rupee. But they said its just a formality as lot of people take that work but they are not submitting it. So just to made us work properly they are doing it. At that time i badly need work because of family issues so i got convinced and sign the contract. After ten days i submitted the work and they said to wait for qc report and then we will proceed for the payment. I waited these days and today morning their advocate send me a mail that i made a lot of mistakes and i need to pay the money. When i check the forms i fill every form is having extra space between letters, but i checked twice before sending. I don't know how these mistakes appeared suddenly. At first i got afraid and ask them to give me 2 days i will arrange the money. But they said i have only half an hour time pay their money or else they will file case against me. I'm a graduate and i have applied for government job. But now i am completely in mess. Please help me.

After sometimes they sent me mail of demo work id etc.in the evening they gave me a username and id regarding work. After that no company officials picked up my call and i have done their work in which 750 data was right and 250 was wrong.

Then after going through all your videos on youtube i realised that this is a fraud

And they are asking for 90percent accuracy

Their are lakhs of such reports of fraud on internet yet these people are operating

on 25.07.2020 i got call for data entry job work from home from no [protected].she asked my aadhaar card for that and send me an softwere link which i have downloaded she was on call .and she said me to open the softwere and said me to write name on sign column a. i did the same . after that i go through the softwere when she cut the call . i found the clause of RS5500 in case of not completion of project . i call her at the same time she said it will not applicable to you. after one minute an call from their head office ( as she told me ) came to me . i told her about the clause and denied for same as i was misguided. she said ok and cut the phone.
after next day i got mail on my mail that soft copy of agreement. when i replied that it is fraud as you have not told me that and sign was copy paste also by you . they are saying concerned department . and neither picking my phone. and claiming for money . i request you to kindly take action against them.

I was looking for part time job. 19/06/2020 i got an unknown phone call from male executive (B Patel)for part time online form filling job, he gave me company name as formfilling company.
Work profile1000 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 20, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no.[+[protected] and said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received whatsapp form that guy.
He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department sakshi mehta ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with formfilling company with my signature but the signature was digital and stamp on agreement has date 8 jan2020 and i had communicated with them today so why stamp has date of january on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.

I found many complaints against it also. I was now sure that this company is fraud.
Today i contacted helpline numbers [protected], [protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 5500/- for cancellation. After that again told me to pay 55000/- for another 10 months. Again they told me to pay amount otherwise legal case against me will be taken.

Please help me in this situation. kindly do something so that i can get my money refunded please.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies.

I was looking for work from home job one day i got a call and whatsapp messages from unknown number (female) offering me a data entry job. She asked me for my mai ld, aadhar card photo. I sent she all on wtsapp and after that she called me. She simultanously kept on giving instructions - sent me a link, asked to click and download an app, took signature verification on its blank screen [didn't mention she is taking sign for the agreement]. She has taken my signature and then attached my sign with company's agreements papers without telling me its rules and penalities! She said i will get a password and user id.

Five minutes later a mail came with a message from form filling and an agreement containing shocking rules and penalities. The mail and the agreement suggested me to fill 1000 forms. If i fill 900 forms correctly i will get rs 20 per form less rs 5500 [their maintanance charge]. Neither their mail nor the agreement tells that i will have to do their work, time and again, for 11 months paying rs 60000! Which mad person will do such a job? I immediately asked about it on whatsapp but got no reply ever. Now that person phone number is switched off and also she uninstall her wtsapp.

I attempted their first work on their site workfromhomes.in and submitted the work in 9 days. I received a pdf proof which clears shows 920+ correct entries. But within a day they provided a fraudulant quality report showing 155 errors. And here begins their torture.

They are constantly making calls, sending mails (resembling advocates from advocate association, their legal notices] threatening me to pay rs 5500 [later 40k] or else I will get punishment under section 420 within a single day in a fast track court. They agreed at rs 9k [approx] as full and final amount. I sent it on the condition that they will leave me for ever. And within 5 mins they began asking for agreement cancellation charges. Now their fake noc department is calling me daily.

I have physical problems, no monthly income. I want them to leave me for ever without asking for more money.

Now on 19 july they called me and gave me mail about paying money. And there is no address mentioned anywhere. And i also attached their lawyer mail. And as they send me aggrement in which they are not my sign. Aggrement also attached. And the mails attached. Please help me to solve my problem.

When I complete the job and submit in schedule time . And I ask for payment by mail and again I mail that kindly help me about the report but that guy did not any response. After some days I received a mail by advocateassociaation.[protected]@gmail.com and send the SMS that kindly contact no. [protected] to Adv. Mayur Joshi. When i contact this mobile no. he said that you have not done company work in properly so you will paid the 15500. If you will not paid this amount than case is stand. he continuesly SMS me and said she given legal action for not paid company amount. So that time I worried and paid 15500 amount and after some time Mr. Joshi tell me that Magistrate has forwarded your case so you will be paid 48000 thousand again. Or he said if you not paid this amount so come to Gujrat High court and paid 238000 and clear this case. Than I was shocked at a time and immediately I paid 40000 thousand again and said the clear this case.
SO i request that care me and suggest.

I was looking for part time job on quicker app on 1st july 2020 and then i got an unknown phone call from male executive for part time online form filling job, he gave me company name as unique solutions formfilling.
Work profile1000 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 20, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate phone number
Few minutes later i received whatsapp form that guy.
He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department sakshi mehta. I was in shock! And then i again tried to contact the person who called me and who told me to upload my signature but that guy didnt pick my call and didnt answer any of my messagaes.
The contract agreement with formfilling company with my signature but the signature was digital and stamp on agreement has date 8 jan2020 and i registered with them on 1st july. I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam.
Than i did some research on this and came across this site consumer complaint and than saw many complaints against this company i request you to please look in the matter and solve my issue they have started to ask me for money. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.

The company of form filling gave took from me the addhar card copy and my details and via email they sent me an agreement copy which I was not knowing about that on the I requested the cancellation the agreement copy after that they gave a threatening call telling to pay money or they file a complaint I gone through their aggrement which is exactly a fake and copy paste the date given is 8 the Jan 2020 and this happened to me yesterday with this agreement I am attaching their agreement

Ritik Sharma is called me for data entry work...for 1 week earn rs. 20000 and company deduct the charges 5500 from salary if the 1000 from not complete in 1 week. After that he said send documents online and they will generate agreement...after that one of girl is called me for verifying my documents and then Ritik said download the agreement software app and just sign for documation...after some time i receive mail from girl verification mail and they given link for work and not share user id and password also in agreement software app agreement is not update... I called Ritik Sharma but they not given any response also I drop mail on same email id... Company not given any response...after that yesterday I received call from Neha Patel he said paid amount of rs 5500 for not completing work and she continuesly called me and said she given legal action for not paid company amount. Or he said if you not paid this amount so come to gujrat court and paid 125000 or 150000 and clear this case. So that time I worried and paid 5500 amount and Neha Patel said will give noc and receipt for this amount...after some time i received verification call and this person said you want to continue and cancel this work...so that time I will said cancel this I don't want... So this person said you have to paid 55000 for cancel this work or you want to continue so paid of rs18900...on same day... If I m not paid so I they take legal action and said paid 125000 gujrat court... And I will said that person take a legal action I m not paying this amount... So after some time they call m again and said you have to pay 18900 cancellation charges... And I said I don't want to paid any payment... After some time they continuesly call me... And when I apply for this work agreement is not showing in software also I have calls recording...Please find attached screenshot

My name is sanjay singh and i'm from madhya pradesh. Sir on 26th june 2020 i was searching for some part time jobs on qikrr jobs i uploaded my resume on there site. And next day ie. 27th june 2020 i received a call from company named formfilling and they asked me that are you interested i said them yes i am they told me there conditions like
I had to fill 1000 forms in next 10 days for which they will pay me 20, 000. Rs and out of that they will take 5500 for there utility amount. And they said me that i have to fill forms with the 90% accuracy and they will only allow 100 mistakes in 1000 forms.
I agreed to there conditions.
Then they sent me a link which was of an app in which they asked me to do signature and i did that and then they asked me for my aadhar card which i gived them on whatsapp.
After an hour they sent me an email in which there was an agreement and my name was written on it with the conditions that i have to pay them 5500/- for leaving the company also and i have to pay them for 11 months i was shocked and i called to their helpline number and they said they didnt even know their company name and asked me to ask anything through email.
So, i mailed them on there email account and i asked few questions which they didn't answered and know they are threatening me and saying that we will file a case against you.

He taken my signature and then he attch my sign with comp's agreements pprs in that agreements they have menitoned its chargable but then he told me u dont have to pay any single rupee u will get a password nd user id i[censored] will share with anyone and do mulptiple login then u have to pay otherwise no.
He msg me on wtsapp office name & add unique solution 7/1-C, meher colony nr akruti hall, vapi, gujarat 396191 while in the agreements ofc add is G-402 Sonic arcade nr gigh school mkrbi gujarat.
Now that person phone number is switched off and also he uninstall his wtsapp
Now his fradulent memebers calling me and asking for money they are messasing that they take legal action sec 73-74 case
There is no any comp i ever seen who force candidate for money or taken legal action about that this is really surprise us who send threaten msg and mails to candidates.
So this is totally fradulent companies
