I bought Hybrid Smartwatch from fossil.com/en-in. After opening the box I did not find Magnetic Charging Cable and later realized a returned product was sent to me as it contains two separate invoices and warranty cards one of which belongs to an old order.
After few days of customer care call and mail, reverse pick up is arranged the product was picked up on 22/12/2021 and was delivered on 24/12/2021. It has already been two weeks...

Every Time I Ask The Status, They Ask Me To Wait 7 To 10 Business Days. It’s Been 2 Months And Still I Did Not Receive My Money. Their Response Is Not Proper. Please Help.

I had a Defect in my watch. so i sent it to you guyz So that you can fix it ASAP...It took you guyz around a month to fix my watch and then you sent it back to me...But when i received it it worked fine For 4-5 Days but after that it again stopped working...i was really shocked to see that...

So i ordered this fossil watch from flipkart. It was written flipkart assured so i purchased it without any second thought. It arrived to me without a mrp tag. And one of the chronograph was not working. I immediately filed a return and then it was saying that without mrp tag we will not take back the item.
