I myself Dilipkumar Manna (m.no-[protected]) have order Ultron smart phone RAM8GB ROM 128 for Rs 4399.20/-, but this dealer send us optima mobile, which is a default piece.

I have prepaid through PayU money gate way on dated 29/04/2021. payment id is[protected]. I want to refund my money back.

Nobody is responsing. Kindly take our complaint on board.

Payu is running payment collection for a fake website buymymobile.com, after registering the order and paying the amount we are not getting order details, neither we are able to reach the company members on the mobile number mentioned on it....

Amount 4390 paid for ultron v19 smart phone for Frankie enterprises on 25 02 2021. There is no conformation message for the order or delivery details. Contact number mentioned in the buy my mobiles site is fake. there is no genuine contact in Frankie enterprises .

kindly enquire about it and i understood that this company is fake and cheating people .

Placed on order for a tablet online and recived an sms as below

How ever there is no mail to track the order or any way to contact them this appears to fake wepsite and they have taken payment through credit card too . my payment I'd[protected], transaction I'd:[protected]...
