. I have recharged my idea account from freerecharge.com on 3/11/18. I have tried to recharge for 2 times since the transaction for failed. But they deducted money for my account rs.100 and the recharge was not done yet. I didn't get the order number also. Pls do check this issue and try to refund money as soon as possible. Thank you!!

                On 21/03/2016 I tried to add 110 rupees to my freerecharge wallet but due to unknown reason it showed money Deposition failed but money deducted from my bank account.
                this money neither added in my freerecharge wallet nor refunded in my bank account...
                I mailed them about this they said money will be deposited in my bank account in 5-7 days
                When money not deposited i mailed them again but this time they are not replying

                  Worst response by free recharge service provider, no refund amount by them they make fool of people and earn money . so it's my request to all customer to never use free recharge app.

                      I was trying to do a recharge an amount of Rs.200 through netbanking from my freerecharge app.. the problem is money is debited but not recharged for that particular number.. the number to which i tried to recharge is [protected].. my no is [protected].                             Free Recharge is a fraud company. There have been numerous complaints of amount being deducted but the balance not being reflected to the mobile/data card. The company has no customer care number to address the issues being faced. Please never use this fraud website for any of your recharges ever.

                            I made a recharge of Rs.198 for my Mblaze on 8 December 2011 but the amount did not get reflected.

                            Reading the complaints, this has been happening since 2 years now! What a shame !!!
