Call by advocate about he will take the legal action if I'll fail to submit thy 7510rs to company

At morning I got a mail. In that mail it was written that you haven't completed thy work given by company and now you have to pay thy fees to clear all the legal action otherwise they will take the legal action. Please help me.I also got a call from advocate.

Harassing call from adv.sujit joshi
This particular company approached me in the name of work from home job and made me to upload the required documents. Later they used my personal details to make a fake agreement and document in my name. Afterwards, in the name of advocate association, they are forcing me to pay the agreement money or else threatening me to file a legal case against me.They have already taken ₹4800 from me to unblock my ID..which was also a accidental block .
The personel are harassing and threatening me and claiming they registered a case against me No.RG98BRA/MUM/1205/0139L
There are so mean, fradualant trying to exploit and cheat people who are in need of jobs for their current situation.

Complaint marked as Resolved 072029 81923 they call me from this number and after paying 7510₹ they send me the mail:- id [email protected]
Dear Mohit Kumar,
You have made an amount payment for the registration of the company.
And you have an 11- Month Agreement with the company, that's why a 10- Month agreement is pending, so how will you cancel the 10- Month Agreement?
If you come to court tomorrow with your lawyer then 5500*10=55000 will have to be paid.
If you want to cancel the agreement, you need to pay the part payment of the cancellation charges is 12950/-.
If you have to Continue work then you have to pay Security Charges 15580/- Rs. (For Refundable)
Note :- If you have not cleared the amount of agreement cancellation or continuation then your file will be Re-Opened.
