Advertise an item to ship within 24 hours. Shipped in 3 weeks, after i tried to cancel the order 4 days after ordering..."the order can't be cancelled because it's been processed"? "don't ship the item"... Shipped anyway, forcing me to pay $8.95 for shipping. Freeshipdeals charging shipping?

Stay away!!!

After 2 days, i went to check on my order, only to discover that instead of shipping within 24 hours, it would ship in 2-3 weeks. Freeshipdeals refused to answer the emails requesting the order be cancelled, but did answer my question as to how a site called freeshipdeals charged shipping immediately. I then went to psoioaypal to resolve the issue, and as paypal allows the seller time to respond, the item shipped at 11pm the day before the decision would have been resolved in my favor by paypal, thereby causing paypal to say the issue was resolved, which it wasn't. The item was returned, again requiring paypal's assistance, and a refund was issued, but only for the item price, not the shipping. I had asked the item not be shipped 2 weeks before it shipped, but it was sent anyway, causing the charge, that freeshipdeals won't refund.

Ordered heated gloves a month ago, still no gloves! I call their 800# & it always says they’re closed! E-mailed them twice, no response back!! I am livid!! I have no other way to get a hold of them & they took my money when i placed my order!! Really wanted these for my son, for a christmas gift & now i’m out my money & out of the gloves!! #!!
