I am akshay Kumar . one day I received a call from a madam and she offer me for a online data entry job ( 1500 form in 10 days ) and I started working and I complete my job in 10 days . and after that I received mail from frontech company that you have to pay the amount because you are not fulfil job successfully. I pay that amount through online payment and after that I received a call from NOC department that you have to pay further amount for digital sign and I also pay that amount and after few days they start blackmailing me by sending mail by different people. Then today I also received a call he asked me money 12500
You have to pay this money for close your case. Or humesa 2-3 month k bad call aa jata h or my n aaj apne uncle s bate Kiya wo v advocate h tho unhone n btaya ki aisa kuch nhi h ye sb fraud h..

My name is ajay jaiswal mere pas frontech company ka call 6 june ko aaya tha data entry work ke liye 10 dine karne ko aur agreement kisi app ke madhyam se sing karne ko bola maine sign kar diya ab company ka call aana band ho gaya ki kaise karna hai maine nahi kiya to compnay ne blackmail karn suru kar diya aur ek notic bhej kar black mail kar rahe hai please help me.

My name is Rahul gupta . On 7 june 2019. I got a call from frontech company. A lady were on line, she told me that this is the form filling job and per form they will pay me 20 rs. This was my first experience with such type of calls. they told me to download a app as a aggrement and write your name on it. and gave me a use id and paassword. It was 1500 form in 10days. Even also they have mentioned that I need to do myself and when I do login they will track that I log on. I got a mail in which 2 no. were also mentioned for help. so, I had doubt about payment and work and even those forms looks fake.
I tried to contact on given help line no. but those were busy all the time. Then i started searching other information about the company then I found their are so many complaints against them are registered so It seems like wasting my time and suddenly on 20th june I got a mail from Mr. rajiv singh and started to threatening for not completing my job and were saying to me that they will take legal action against me. and on 05 july I received a message from kabir Sharma for clearing the dues which are made around 25, 500.00
That to be cleared on 08/07/2019 till 1.00pm or else they will go for legall action and
a hard copy of complaint will be sent on my home address. If I am having so much of money then why should i applied to such type of jobs. Kindly help me because they are keep sending me massages, mails and call on my mobile phone. they are contacting me and forcing me to pay the amount . iam also attaching the documents and mails which are send to me .and some documents which tells that the agreement is fake .

Maine online form filling ka job liya tha to maine unko 10 din ke andar apna kaam complete karke submit kar diya tha but unka kehna he ki madhe se jyada forms wrong he fully huye he
Aur 4500 ki penalty lagi he aur 90, 000 alag se maang rahe he
Aur court case aur police ki dhamki de rahe he kya kare

Frontech company — plz help me

. I worked for the company fontech, formfilling by online. They made me first an agreement that they will give 20 rupees for one form and i had to complete 1500 forms within 10 days.in those forms i had to correct 1350 forms. But when i completed my work, they gave me a statement that "your qc report is failed"even i gave them correct work. Now they are threatening me that i have to give them 4500. If i wont pay that amount they threatening me for arrest and they already gave case against me and also i got message in watsapp and email against me from advocate named"k. R. Mane". They are calling me again and again. And forcing me for reply within 7 days.
So please give me suggestion how can i handle this problem like their calls, messages, court notice through wats app and gmail. If i would have 4500 amount i might not have worked with them. I cant give them money. So please help me regarding this matter. I would be grateful to you

Under section 420 or 406 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further ]

Hello my name is garima i apply for job in some site come to call they gave quickly hired to students and female. She ask for my id proof and whatapp they send me the link and tell me to download the software and sign they send that agreement with different dates i call and ask her she said it is normal and as a work demo they send me a image. They gave 1500 forms in10 days i complete my work because of the software it does not done properly now they ask me for 12500 as a breech of their agreement. I am not able to gave so they send me a notice on my email and and my address

Harshad kumar([protected]) call me to join the company ans tell me i[censored] fill 1500 form within 10 days then the Frontech company will give you 30, 000/- rs i[censored] not done your work within 10 days then you have to pay 4500/- as a maintinance charge but they don't give me any bank detail the site is not proper work and service error is seen on website So i want to contact with Harshad kumar for sending money bt he didn't pick up My call on 5 jun 2019 any Adv. associate rajiv singh ([protected])call me and demand for28950/-rs and teased me and My family at that time i call mr Harshad but he didn't talk properly and switch off his contact number afterthat on 13june 2019 any other kabir sharma sent me a Mai demanding 25550rs chamber no.107 Delhi court i can't arrange bcoz i belong to a poor family afterthat 18june i recived a letter via post in which demading 4500/- +3000/- rs on company account by mr. m.patel entrollment no.2203/2016. bt there is no any bank related detail they teased me and my family mentally please help me we all are in soo feared please help me .

Sir I got a part time job online from frontech company . They gave me job of form filling within 10 days . But after completing the work I googled about it an found the company fraud . They are saying that if I didn't pay the amount they will fine a legal FIR against me . I am not able to pay the amount the amount is 15000 .I belong to a poor family please help me sir

They prepared a agreement without asking me and when i asked thithi shah (HR) about this company she refused to tell me about this company when i asked her for giving any registered website for checking the company details they said to me talk to customer care this is not my work (WTF) this is not a sense sir please help me to solve this case i wanted to join a job because i don't have money and they are calling me for money and refused to cancel my agreement sir please i am a student dont want to struck in this type of case this is a fraud company. My name is BHAGYASHRI SANAS, on 31.05.2019 i applied for data entry job
The next day on 01.06.2019 i got a call from a lady regarding this job and i said i want to do this job and they asked for my email id, AADHAR CARD, and my signature on blank white space on an app which they sent me by a link.

After that, they sent me an agreement and my login details on my email id which has my name on it in the signature section. And the agreement seems fake as i've searched about this company on google.

They also said to me to pay them 4500 rupees if i am not able to do this job on time as a penalty which is 1500 forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy.

I don't want to get in any trouble regarding this agreement, so please help me resolve this problem.

This Intimation LETTER Informs you That Frontech COMPANY has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or NOT COMPLETED Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
SECTION 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for When a contract has been broken,
SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill THE AGREEMENT RULE, So that The COMPANY has take the help of LEGAL PROCEEDS for his COMPENSATION.So pay the amount as per AGREEMENT, So pay the amount as soon as possible to CLOSE YOUR FILE, IF the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the LEGAL PROCEDURE.
