On 10th december 2019, i searched for online work at home.
I get a call from that company. They ask to complete the process need for my details. Next day i got an agreement that is not about i talk to the person.
I search the details on net about the company. Its is showing not true. Or fake company.
I started to contact the company person i talk with to get all right details.
They are not receiving any call or nor replying the message.
Now they are sending notice and asking for money. Scaring me for legal action plz help me what to do...

I received call on 8th december 2019 for data entry job and they send contract push me to sign. But i am not sign the paper.
But they send contract with my name, after i researched for this company, i got to know that it is fraud. I blocked contacts and i didn’t even start the work. Now they are blackmailing me for the registration amount saying that they ll send a legal notice. Please help me with this

And also block or giving punishment for this kind of people.

Advocates is calling on my phone and say he is calling regarding frox enterprises for 4300 rs as utility charges in which i have not used any services of the company for my any purposes so please help me and hes no is [protected]. I got a call regarding work from home from naina sharma via quikr and work is for 8 days which is completed and also submitted. Now i got a call again on 16december 2019 regarding payment that as the accuracy is not 90% ineed to pay 5900 so that it will be refunded along with my salary i. E, 24000 and they blackmailed that you won't get ur salary so i paid them in 2instalments and now they are saying y need to pay more 2000 otherwise u will not be refunded.

I received a call from a company called as frox enterprises, they said that they saw my application on quikr for data entry job and they said that there are no registration charges, i have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days and they'll pay me 20 rupees per form which is equal to 24, 000 rupees, and they'll deduct 4300 from my first salary as registration fees, and then this agreement is going to be valid for 11 months, they sent me the terms nd conditions form, and i got a confirmation call from the company. And i agreed to do this job. Later, the next day somehow i found out that this company is fake and there is no such company in vapi, gujarat. Now, i have found out that this company was running in the name of rex enterprises and then they ask the people to sign the agreement, giving them fake assurance of money payment. There are various complaints that are registered in the name of this company. They criteria is to call people and then make them agree for the job and then they threaten those people saying that they'll take legal action against them. Please help me out with this.

After submitting they send me a qc report and said me you are failed in your work, 220 pages are mistaken.. When i checked with the screenshot i found that there is no mistake, that was a fake report.. They are cheated me

I got a call from this company on 26 November and they told me that I have applied for data entry job on quickr they told me that they will pay 20 RS on each corrected form and told me to sign an agreement as I needed job I signed it . In this agreement it was mentioned that . I completed the form filling with accuracy within the given period i.e on 5th dec. On 11th dec i received a call I logged in then after sometime it showed my QC failed . I called the person who someone called me for this job but he didn't replied. After that I thought it was a fraud and I forgot whatever happened because I knew that I won't get my salary . but today I got a call from one Advagate he told me that the company is going to take legal against me if I didn't pay 7300 within 48 hours because I didn't submitted the form with 90% accuracy . They were continuously threatening me of taking legal action if I didn't paid the said amount. Their advocate is forwarding to me legal notice and all .
Please help me I want to get out of all this matter

I had registered for data entry job in quikrr last month.. I got a call from frox enterprises stating that its a form filling job in which i had to fill 1200 forms with 90% accuracy.
I had completed the job and sent them back on 6th dec 2019. After 2 days they had called me and said that my accuracy was not full filled. They asked to pay 5700/- for recorrection which will be done from their end.. And that amount will be refunded back by evening. I had forwarded the amount to the account provided by them... Later they had called me and said that my work is completed and salary will be credited by evening 6pm.. I had not received any amount for the next 2 days.. When i had called them they are not responding.. Today some fake advocate had called me and said that frox enterprises has filed a case against me for not completing the work..
They had forwarded a legal notice to my mail id also.. Same thing i had informed to my friends, they said its fake fake fake...
I dont know what to be done now.. Kindly help me..

They took agreement to complete work with in 8 days other wise you have to pay 4330/- and i am not completed work and they called and asked first time 7550/- and said if you don’t pay money we proceed legally and blackmailed and i paid that amount again called for two times and asked 22000/- and 24000/- and i paid because they black mailed me like we proceed legally in court totally i paid 54000/- help me

[protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com) from a company called as ‘frox enterprises’, the person said that he had seen my application on ‘quikr’-online portal for jobs for ‘work from home jobs’ and he said that there are no registration charges, i have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days and the company will pay me rs. 20 per form which is equal to rs. 24000/- for 1200 forms. Also, the company will deduct 4300 from my first salary as registration fees. He sent me a link in whatsapp from his number and asked me to download an app and told to sign on that app and they automatically generated an agreement. I got a confirmation call from the company. And i agreed to do this job. After that they gave me a login id and password to logon on http://survey-report.us/ to fill 1200 forms in 8 days. I completed the work and as per allotted time and rechecked all forms and downloaded a pdf copy of it on[protected]. On[protected] a girl from the company called me and asked me to submit rs 4900/- and she will correct all my forms and within hours i’ll get rs 24000/- but i refused to give her the money as i was sure that more than 95% of my filled forms are correct. According to me i had achieved more than 95% accuracy still they show 85%. So i compared the quality check report they sent me with my pdf and found out that they have changed the forms filled by me and created mistakes from the back-end. Later a girl named ‘naina’ (Mobile: [protected]) from so called ‘advocate association’ (Email: advocateassociation.[protected]@gmail.com) called me and asked me to submit rs 4900/- and she will give me two more days to correct all the forms which were shown wrong in quality check report but i refused to pay her and told her that someone has changed forms filled by me from the back-end and i gave her few proofs as i has the pdf downloaded with me with which i compared. Then today[protected] again i got a call from a girl calling herself as ‘advocate simran sharma (Mobile no. [protected])’ from ‘advocate association’ and told me that a case has been filed against me in the ‘district court-aurangabad’, which was again sounding false as the firm is from gujarat and as per agreement the arbitration shall be in gujarat in case of any dispute. After that i have searched on internet about the firm and found out that many others registered complaints of ‘similar fraud’ against the company.
They are again and calling me, blackmailing me, harassing me mentally and forcing me to submit the money. Instead of giving me rs. 24000/- of my hardwork they are demanding money from me. This firm shall be blacklisted and must be given an appropriate punishment so that may not harass other innocent people with their trap.
